Hello All, I would love some feedback on my new Shopify website. I'm doing this website on my own and feel that it needs help! I'm new at this so any help is appreciated! I'm selling cellphone cases that can be personalized or no personalization, whatever the customer wants. I've added info on the home page and to the product page that I feel explains how the process works. So far I haven't had many visitors and the only sell was myself. lol I wanted to see how the cases looked!

1. Adjust hero banner section
The text on the hero banner is difficult to read. You can alter the text color or add an overlay to the background image to enhance readability:
To enhance clarity, it would be beneficial to relocate the 'Browse our awesome cases and bags' button to under the heading of the first hero banner.

2. Avoid blank space on the page
I realized that on there are some blank space on the page, you can consider to add more collection or range these sections again:
3. Add more information on the homepage
Trust badges, such as icons showing secure payment or official approval logos, help customers feel safe and confident that your store is a legitimate place to shop. This is really important for clothing stores, where people often worry about the quality of the products and the safety of their payments.
Link your social media accounts to your store. This helps you connect better with customers and keeps your store in their thoughts, which can lead to more sales in the future.

4. Prepare for Christmas promotion
It's great that you're offering a 20% off sitewide sale for holiday, but I couldn't find any products or collections on sale because the announcement bar isn't clickable. Consider adopting these strategies, you can use a page builder app to create a section with:

Congratulations on launching your store! I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions that will help increase traffic and conversion rate:
1. Testimonials. Good work for starting on this. Is there any way to get friends and family to buy and leave you reviews? Right now a single review doesn't sound the most convincing.
2. Revamping detail pictures. The current custom messages on the phone case seem photoshopped. How are you customizing the cases? Engraving? Stickers? It would be great to see a real example of a finished case, especially on the home page.
3. SEO Keywords. It's great that you have a "saying" as a part of the brand and I understand where you are coming from. I would suggest adding frequently searched keywords by doing some keyword research on Google Keyword Planner. Perhaps your potential customers are searching "customizable phone case" rather than "saying". Put plenty of keywords in the title, description, and Google meta description for your site.
4. Adding a blog or Social media feed. Showcase real-life examples of how people have used your customized phone case service. Are they celebrating someone or something special? What is the story behind that?
5. Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) When you have some converting customers, ask them how they found out about your shop. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.
