Hi all I’m recently new to all this I’ve been running my store for about a week I’ve noticed decent traffic coming to the store but no sales any feedback on how I could improve the store would be much appreciated thanks

I appreciate that you have provided your online store URL for us to explore and provide feedback. Looking into your store, I noticed that you are not using an announcement bar on your homepage. You could add a message to the announcement bar to welcome your visitors to your online store. A great way to create a buyer incentive is to welcome your visitors and share a discount or free shipping offer that may be available. 
 
You have a lot of beautiful products in your store! What do you think about including a slideshow section to the homepage to make it more engaging to your visitors. You can showcase some of your products by adding them to the slides. For example, you could include your best seller or favorite product in the slides. 
 
Add a favicon to the online store to add a polished look to the website. A favicon is a small image that displays on the browser tab and represents the business/company - if you look towards the top of your browser, I am sure you will see several favicons! You can add a favicon to your online store by following this guide available here

Hi there!

I would love to give you more detailed feedback (I would need the website URL) but in general a good starting point would be to analyze where your customer journey stops. For example: if most of the website exits happen on the product page then maybe you need to work on getting social proof, On the other hand, if it happens on the checkout page you could look into your shipping cost or maybe add some other payment methods.

You might want to make the logo and menu bar smaller, that way the customer sees the products without having to scroll down. That might be a big reason why your visits do not end up in sales

It always helps to add an email marketing system to collect data from the clients and then target them through ads or email marketing. Klaviyo is a good option for this.

  • Remove the background from your logo: Since your header has a dark background, using the current logo with a black background will make it overshadow the logo itself.
  • Change the navigation drawer to a navigation bar: To ensure that everything is easily accessible at a glance, consider changing the navigation drawer to a navigation bar, like this:

2. Add “Add to cart” button to have higher conversion rate

Based on my experience, one of effective ways to improve higher conversion rates is adding a prominent Add To Cart button on every product in the product list. This shortcut allows potential customers to make quick purchases without the need for additional clicks to access detailed product information.

3. Add more sections

When I initially visited your page, I noticed that it was quite hard to gather information about your store and determine where to click. To enhance the appeal of your homepage for potential buyers, you may want to consider adding these sections:

  • A hero banner: The banner will create the very first impression on your visitor as it is the first thing customers see when they visit your website. It’s great when your current hero banners can describe exactly what you're selling in 5 seconds first. 
  • Highlighting brand features: Showcase the uniqueness of your store, particularly its personalized cases feature, in a dedicated section to increase its visibility.
  • Promotion section: Create a section dedicated to promotions, which can capture attention, create a sense of urgency, and encourage visitors to make a purchase.
  • About Us: Utilize an 'About Us' section to introduce your brand, share your story, and highlight your unique value proposition.

4. Prepare for the upcoming holiday

This time is suitable for you to prepare for the upcoming shopping events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday (BFCM), Christmas, and New Year's. Plan ahead, and you'll likely see positive campaign results. Here are a few recommendations to consider:

  • Create holiday-themed landing pages: This page should showcase your featured products, promotions, and campaign information with an appealing design that complements the holiday theme, thereby delivering a unified holiday experience for your visitors.

  • Promote BFCM discounts: Provide special discounts exclusively for your clients. These could include flat percentage reductions or tiered discounts based on the total purchase value.
  • Create a free gift or bonus: Extend a free, smaller jewelry item with every purchase over a designated amount. This incentivizes customers to spend more in order to receive added value.
  • Take advantage of social media: Harness the power of social media platforms to publicize your holiday offers and interact with your audience. Launch campaigns infused with festive themes, share content generated by users, and engage with customers to cultivate brand loyalty.
