Your store looks great, and you have really lovely products! I have a few suggestions that should help increase traffic to your business. I saw that the reversible bucket hat is priced at $2,000; this may have just been a mistake, but important to fix. Before your customers can checkout, they need to log in to their account or create an account. I recommend removing that for a smoother checkout process, as it is just an extra step. One last thing I recommend is adding policies to your store, such as a shipping policy, refund policy, and terms of service agreement, as these provide essential information to your customers on how your store operates.

What @Emily said is right on, especially your policy pages. Just a few other notes:

 

  1. Install a Meta pixel.

  2. I'm sure this is on your to-do list, but you need your own domain name.

  3. Your home page looks great, but the featured Collection block near the top seems out of place to me. If you want to show off some products that high up on the page, showing the items in use with a carousel would look more intentional.

  4. Whenever you decide on your shipping policies, adding a FAQ page that talks about some of those basic questions (processing times, delivery times, any questions about submitting custom designs, etc etc) is a great way to build trust.

  5. I'd recommend expanding your About Us section into a full page as well. People will want to support your brand if they can get behind your mission, so let them know why you do what you do, how you got into it, why you love it, and any other relatable facts you can think of.

  6. You may want to consider a coupon code incentive, at least at first. Klaviyo has a free plan to get you started. This will increase the chances of you making a sale, but even if they don't buy right away, you may get an email address for your list which will be crucial to your lifecycle marketing plan.

  • Special Offers: Consider including any special offers or promotions you have in your website header. This can help grab visitors' attention and encourage them to take advantage of your offer.
  • Move the headline and CTA “above the fold” area: Above the fold means your screen that can be seen without scrolling. By moving the headline and CTA, site visitors can’t miss and CTA button and increase the conversion rate 
  • Add photos for testimonials. There are currently 2 testimonials with photos, I suggest you add photos for others to bring more consistency. The length of each testimonial should be equal to each other as well. 
  • Add a popup window to encourage customers sign up: With a coupon code as a prize, customers are more likely to sign up and subscribe for your emails 
  • Add return policy, shipping policy and FAQ in the footer: As a new business, it’s important to build trust and guide customers through your process and policies. It’s definitely more crucial as your store is in a print on demand business offering personalized prints.

  • Add Size chart: Since your store offer apparels, you should include a size chart to help customers find the the size fits them best 
  • Add at least 3-5 photos for each product: To help customers visualize the products better, you should include close up photos to describe details, lifestyle photos and in scale photos as well.

  • Add guest checkout option: Currently, customers have to log in in order to checkout. From my CRO expertise, the long process of creating an account will prevent them from making a purchase and create a high cart abandonment rate. I suggest you add guest checkout with no logging option for a better shopping experience.

Compare your store with your competitors. Also compare your product price with others. Also check the shipping cost you are  offering. 

 

Google Search Console : 

Is your website exist on the search result page? (Your brand name). If yes then it's good to see, google is indexing and the user will reach you easily. Unless your store is completely invisible. 

If you are not using the Google Search Console yet, set it up now. Google Search Console report will let you know if your pages are indexed or not at all. If none of your pages can be found by Google, then it may have an issue, as this means no organic traffic at all. And No traffic means no Conversion.  

 

  • Find the Pages, Where You Lose the Most Customers. Convert More of the Shoppers Who Put Products in Their Carts. Check your store bounce rate.
