Congrats on your new store! Your store looks stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some comments to make the good gets even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.


1. Navigation Menu 


Group your products into a comprehensive menu with drop-down options to enhance navigation. You can follow this example: 




Also, consider adding navigation links for Latest Arrivals and Best Sellers will facilitate efficient browsing.


2. CTA button is hard to spot


The CTA button in hero section is transparent making it quite difficult to see. You can consider making it has different color or move it to the left

2. Product Collection Section


Integrate a featured product section and product collection section on the homepage to clearly showcase your diverse product categories. By strategically placing this section on the homepage, visitors can quickly gain insights into the breadth of your offerings.

3. Product page


I've checked your product page and found this little display bug here (in red rectangular). Please consider extend the "Add to cart" box, remove the green square (if they don't play any important part in the page)




Furthermore,  you could add some more outcome pictures to make customer be more interested in your product. Some pictures of wonderful, moisturized hair would do 🙂







4. Lacking Help Center/FAQ


I see that your website doesn't have a FAQ/Help Center page, which is essential for a successful store. Customer support is crucial in ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Hi there!

Garcia here from the PageFly Shopify Landing Page Builder App. With my knowledge in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), I'd like to offer some suggestions for further improving your conversion rates and attracting even more customers. Here are a few key areas to consider:




1. Hero Banner

Your current hero banner is very informative with the tagline and the discount number. However, it could be even more attractive if you arrange them with a clear visual hierarchy. You can try adjusting the font size of each text and its position.


For instance, you can follow the F-layout. Visitors first read the page in a horizontal direction, mostly along the upper part of the content area, then move down the page and read across a second horizontal line. By arranging your content this way, customers can easily read the content and get sales conversion.





2. CTA Button

Currently, I can see that there are the “25% Off” and “Shop Now” elements which are in button forms. However, I cannot click on either of them. In that case, the CTA buttons cannot perform their main function, which is to attract and boost conversion.

To best optimize it, I suggest you combine them into one button such as “Get 25% Off”. There should also be a hover effect so the button will change color when the mouse goes over.


3. Minor Designing Issue

It’s very great of you to put in the benefit bar on the homepage to show how your products are unique and outperform other competitors. However, the spaces between the icon and the text are different making the store look unprofessional.




1.  Re-arrange product information

The product page Policy currently has too much information, which makes it difficult to concentrate. Consider moving things around and adding symbols to improve the clarity and aesthetics of the area.

2. The “Join the Club” shortcut

It’s great that you have a “join the Club” button which showcases a 10% discount and a sticky bar at the bottom of the page. However, the “join the club” button overlaps with the bottom box. My suggestion is to decrease the size of the button and also add a hover effect on that.


3. Add more visual content


You are doing very great showing product images from various angles of the product. However, there should be more illustrative images where customers can recognize what your store is selling. In your case, the illustrative elements would be the actual hair feedback from your accountants.


For instance, below is also a beauty and care product, the includes the image of a person washing their face with the product.




Running Promotions

Your products are ideal for Mother's Day as this holiday approaches and many businesses are already preparing for the occasion. Using these tips will guarantee that you maximize the occasion.


1. Showcase Seasonal Hero Banner

The tip is to select gentle pastel hues like lavender, baby blue, light pink, and mint green. They are Ideal for celebrating Mother's day, these hues arouse sentiments of warmth, love, and tenderness.

2. Showcase Products as Perfect Gifts

Consider the various ways your products could be given as kind presents. Use eye-catching images of moms making cherished moments, enjoying your products with enthusiasm, or receiving lovely gifts.

Sticky header is recommended, as it makes it easy for the user to directly jump to the menu at any point of time while they are navigating through the Site. Other significant observations for store optimization are as follows:


  1. Put "Secured and trusted checkout with" in your footer.
  2. Taking someone to the cart is a challenge. So to make them buy from your site, add a longer product description as it leads to better SEO ranking in Google search. Ref article from Shopify
  3. Add an email address, if not a phone number, on the Contact page.
  4. Also since you have just started you can have some promotional activity on the site, offer some discounts, and add a referral code that can help the first-time user gain a discount on the second order.
