Hi can I ask for feedback for my revamped store? It has been changed and looks much better. I am aware there are a couple of typo errors and the products need checking as there is duplications. But these are just for testing purposes. Thanks. https://click-a-gift.com

Hi!

You might want to add a timed pop-up to collect some customer data in exchange for a discount. It always helps to have as much information as possible from your visitors. 

Also maybe consider an upselling section in the checkout or cart.

Hi

Just having a quick browse:

  • You have two cookie acceptance bars that appear at the bottom
  • Your Facebook and Instagram buttons just return back to the same page

1. Create a sticky header.

Make your header sticky so that clients can immediately access the search tool and find the products they're looking for.

For example, if your customer is at the bottom of the page, they will have to scroll all the way up to find the search feature, especially on mobile.

2. Add the real Call-to-action button.

Buttons are the call-to-action on your website. The use of these buttons is crucial for giving your customers a seamless and easy purchasing experience. 

I suggest you keep the plain background image only with no button and set up a real call-to-action button above it. An effective button can boost your conversion rates, while a subpar button might cause customers to abandon their shopping carts and lose out on sales.

Moreover, you could consider switching to another hero banner since the current one has a lot of elements, which can make customers feel distracted.

3. Add more Add-to-cart buttons.

The Add to Cart button is the most critical thing we recommend you include. Users will be able to fill up their shopping carts in one session and then complete the purchase transaction without entering the product page. It will undoubtedly increase your conversion.

4. Provide images of your products on a human model

Before purchasing fashion items, consumers must be able to visualize how the item will appear on their own body.

Users cannot accurately identify crucial product qualities such as fit and length - how big or fitted is this bracelet— without a human model for reference. Similarly, finer aspects of proportion and quality can be difficult to judge without the context offered by a model.

5. Include Both the User Rating Average and Number of Ratings
