Hello, again, so i spend some ads on pinterest for conversions(which means it drives people to ur website for actions like place an order etc....), and i wanna make sure my customers have a smooth great experience making a purchase on my store, so can u please go back on my store and tell me what suggestions i can do for my customers to have a great experience?

by the way, i decided to do lifetime budget at $14 from 12/18/2023 to this saturday  12/23/2023; based on what i sell, i put interests like women's fashion and wedding and more like handbags, coats, beanies, summer dresses. ; i put all genders, all US locations, all ages and the potential ad users was 80million +. so based everything i did, did i do good for creating this campaign? please provide honest advice.

Store looks pretty good, here are some suggestions:
- Header/menu items are using alot of "above the fold" space, consider reducing the section padding or combine menu items into a dropdown menu

-Your "25% Off" image banner has no CTA button, if your goal is for them to take advantage of the discount you should direct them to the sale items using an attention grabbing button link.

-Consider adding customer reviews to the homepage to build trust with your customers. Maybe also add a "Featured Product" section.

-Your product collections do not have quick add buttons enabled, adding an extra step for customers who want to purchase

-On the product pages, I would move the images to the left side. Most people read/view things left to right in my opinion it feels off the way it is currently setup. You want your product images and buy buttons to be the most prominent part of the page.

-Your "about us" page I would add at least one image, and center the page heading.

Hi @merv23 ,

This is Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder App.

Your website is beautifully designed and elegant. It's clear that you've put a lot of thought and effort into creating a great online presence.

From my experience, I noticed a few things that could be improved on your website.

1. Add favicon to your store

Favicon helps users easily identify and switch between open tabs in their web browser. This is particularly useful when users have multiple tabs open, and a recognizable favicon can make it easier for them to find and return to your store.

2. Resize the header

You should resize the header, the sticky header takes up 1/3 of the space on the page. When customers scroll, it causes discomfort for them when viewing other content.

3. Add Call to action button to the banner

A well-designed CTA button can significantly improve conversion rates. By guiding users towards a desired action, you increase the likelihood of turning visitors into customers.

PageFlyKate_7-1702624472496.png4. Add testimonial - customer reviews

Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.

Reviews are crucial when it comes to shopping online.

You can check this image for reference:

5. Get ready for holiday season

As the holiday season approaches, and with many businesses already gearing up for festivities like Christmas, your products align seamlessly with this festive period. I strongly encourage you to implement these suggestions to maximize your success during these celebrations. You can use a page builder app to achieve this.

- Festive website design: Update your website with a festive theme that reflects the holiday spirit. Add seasonal graphics, banners, and colors to create an inviting and celebratory atmosphere for visitors.

- Holiday specials and offers: Ofer exclusive holiday promotions, discounts, or special deals to entice customers. Highlight these offers prominently on your website to catch the attention of potential buyers.

That’s all of my feedback. Hope it helps to increase your conversion rate. Merry Christmas!!!!

hey, thank yu for ur suggestions. check back my website: https://www.sasslestylefashion.com/

and tell me what u think now and please explore again, and tell me suggestions or changes i can make on my website store.

I took a long decision on the favicon, cause i be wanting things to look perfect. I put the same image on my website as for the favicon.  does it look good that way or should i put the "SS" logo only for the favicon?

Another thing: what u think about i set up my reviews, should i put more reviews on some products to increase trust?

Concern the festive thing, i already have a discount which is "special discount buy 1 and get 2 25% off.

Hi Merv23,

This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App

First of all, your site looks quite wonderful and well-made. I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions that will help increase your conversion rate:

1. Use higher-quality images for banners. I am browsing with a PC and the banner appears to be kind of blurry. To keep in line with the good quality images and professional look of the rest of your site, I would suggest finding a different 25% off banner. You can customize your own using tools such as Canva easily.

2. Connect Social Media. If you already have a growing Instagram account, it would help to connect the feed to your main site, thus giving it more social proof. Research shows that 76% of customers buy products seen on social media posts.
3.  Adding a blog. Adding blog posts about fashion tips, and targeting the right audience can help bring traffic to your site and help with your site's overall SEO.

4. Influencer Collab. Since you have visually appealing products, it would be good to connect with micro-influencers, send them some of your pieces, and ask them to create some content for your social media as well as your Shopify store.
5. Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) When you have some converting customers, ask them how they found out about your shop. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.

Hope this helps!
