Hi Mikegiannicoent,

This is Richard from PageFly - Landing Page Builder, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:

HOME PAGE

1>  Make your CTA buttons more attractive

All the Call to action buttons need to add hover state to make user feel these buttons are active and clickable

For example, when the mouse hovers over the button will change to color, zoom out,.... etc

PageFlyRichard_0-1677116686493.png

2> Have a Secondary Hover Images:

There are few strategies you can use for your secondary hover images:

  • “Lifestyle” Thumbnails:
  • “Compatibility” Thumbnails
  • “Feature Callout” Thumbnails
  • “Product Variation” Thumbnails

Secondary hover images will help customers see different views of the products so that they can easily gain trust and make Buying decisions without visiting the product page.

PageFlyRichard_1-1677116686681.png

3> Include direct links in the footer to the "Shipping Info" pages.

Users, in my opinion, need to know about the site's return policy and shipping choices before making a purchase decision. It might go in the footer or in this Shipping Details link. Users' need to learn about the return policy is directly linked to shipping information – how much would they lose on any non-refundable shipping expenses if they have to return a product? In fact, some consumers value shipping information so much that they want to know what shipping alternatives are available to them before they commit to purchasing a product.

You may also add the following sections to your homepage to increase conversions:

  • Increase sales by emphasizing your featured products: when the homepage failed to adequately emphasize why the business and its products were unique, subjects quickly lost interest in the brand and were more likely to leave the site.
  • Add your brand's story/feature to increase interaction.
  • Run promotion / ads campaigns to reach your target audiences.

COLLECT PAGE

1> Add “Add to cart” buttons

The Add to Cart button is the most critical thing we recommend you include. Users will be able to fill up their shopping carts in one session and then complete the purchase transaction without entering the product page. It will undoubtedly increase your conversion.

PageFlyRichard_3-1677116686388.png

2> Provide images of your products on a human model

Before purchasing fashion items, consumers must be able to visualize how the item will appear on their own body (or face).

Users cannot accurately identify crucial product qualities such as fit and length - how big or fitted is this hat — without a human model for reference. Similarly, finer aspects of proportion and quality can be difficult to judge without the context offered by a model.

PageFlyRichard_4-1677116686449.png

PRODUCT PAGE

1> Invest in bespoke images

Some of the product images are not in good resolution. Great photography would clearly matter much more in visually-driven industries like fashion, where product aesthetics play a big role in the purchasing decision.

PageFlyRichard_5-1677116686694.png

2>  Include Both the User Rating Average and Number of Ratings

When it comes to online shopping, customer reviews are crucial. PageFly makes adding testimonials and product reviews to your page an ease.

PageFlyRichard_6-1677116686373.png

3> Display a minimum of 5-6 reviews by default, with the ability to “Load More”

As previously mentioned, reviews are extremely significant when making a "Buying" decision; hence, showing 5-6 reviews as defaults will not only increase your brand's credibility, but will also keep the page responsive.

PageFlyRichard_7-1677116686468.png

4> Add recently-viewed section

You might consider giving all users (including those who aren't signed in) access to a history-based recently viewed things list, and allowing them to change it.

For a variety of reasons, users may desire to revisit previously seen content.

For example, throughout both mobile and desktop testing, people frequently wanted to return to a product they'd seen before simply to reevaluate it after having looked at and rejected other options. Users will become bored and dissatisfied if it is too difficult to refind previously viewed things, and they may decide not to buy anything at all.

International Women’s Day 2023 (IWD) is just around the corner. With the theme #EmbraceEquality, here are some worthwhile ideas for you to make the most of it:

1. Personalize your discounts and deals

You can offer sales, discounts or special deals to your female customers to make them feel more valued in IWD!

PageFlyRichard_9-1677116686491.png

2. Show testimonials from female customers

You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos. Additionally, featuring women's portraits with their testimonials would make it even more engaging.

3. Spotlights female staff

This can be a great way to enhance your brand presence as a brand that supports equality for women. You can even promote your own business if it’s women-owned as it is probably a golden opportunity for you to receive the support and promotion from others.

Hope it helps and happy selling!

Warm regards,

Richard | PageFly

Hello @mikegiannicoent,

We are AliReviews - All-in-one reviews solution for all businesses.

We had a look at your site and see good works you put in your site, but there is a few things we notice that you may want to change to create a better visualization.

1. Logo:

You logo looks good when it stands alone, but on the header, it seems not stunning and faded in the banner images. You can consider to highlight it a little bit, so that people can recognize your brand easier.

Screen Shot 2023-02-23 at 09.24.37.png

2. Sticky menu:

It's great to see you made your menu sticky, but the promotion banner just covered it, people can't see the menu. Try to make the promotion banner listed above the menu, that'd be better

Screen Shot 2023-02-23 at 09.30.15.png

3. Too much white space:

In this section, adding just one picture make your layout looks a little bit messy and have too much white space, which will confuse your customers. You can add more pictures, make it in 3 rows or use a horizontal image.

Screen Shot 2023-02-23 at 09.32.49.png

4. Testimonials:

Reviews are not just reviews, it plays a crucial part when it comes to shopping online. People tend to buy in stores that have many reviews (include bad or good reviews). You can add a testimonials section above this one. Use third-party app to import your reviews, design the visual for it.

Screen Shot 2023-02-23 at 09.35.28.png

5. Products page:

In our opinion, it'd be better if you can leave the products name and price under the product image, add a CTA button under it, this will allow customers see your products name right away, improve the customer experience.

Screen Shot 2023-02-23 at 09.39.35.png

- It'd be easier and looks more attractive for customers if you put the name first -> the price -> the quantity -> Add to cart -> Details information

- The details information about the product should be listed as material / color / size / use for / advantages

Screen Shot 2023-02-23 at 09.41.55.png

6. Catch up with the seasonal holiday:

It's Women's Day, you can boost sales by adding a gift set with discount promotion. Or create a gift guidelines for customers based on the products/ colors/ size/ material.

7. Pagespeed Insights:

Your Page speed performance is not really good on both desktop and mobile version. You can try to optimize the theme's code, optimize the images files, remove unnecessary apps or codes, use a lazyloading to improve your site speed

Compare your store with your competitors. Also, compare your product price with others.

Google Search Console :

Is your website exist on the search result page? (Your brand name). If yes then google is indexing and the user will reach you easily unless your store is completely invisible.

If you are not using the Google Search Console, set it up now. Google Search Console report will let you know if your pages are indexed or not at all. If none of your pages can be found by Google, then it may have an issue, as this means no organic traffic at all. And No traffic means no Conversion.

  • Find the Pages, Where You Lose the Most Customers. Convert More of the Shoppers Who Put Products in Their Carts. Check your store bounce rate.
  • Showcase How Popular Product Pages Are. Promote Offers With Push Notifications in the form of Popups or announcement bars. Optimize Your Product Pages.
  • Look at the difference between your New Visitors and your Returning Visitors. For most Shopify stores, your returning visitors will have a much higher conversion rate than your new visitors.

You need to focus on the following points........

  • Highlight product benefits clearly
  • Allow guest checkout.
  • Choose relevant keywords
  • Identify your target customers.
  • Use design to improve user experience.
  • Create Content That Converts
  • Mobile-friendliness
  • Check bounce rate regularly
  • Offer competitive prices
  • Send Relevant Emails

Hello @mikegiannicoent,

I am Gina from flareAI app. Hope you are having a good day.

I've taken a look at your store. Nice collection! I've some suggestions to increase the conversion rate.

1. Add more detailed product description in product pages. The product description should provide visitors with important information about the features and benefits of the product so they are motivated to buy.

Caledonia - White Sand – G -- LO 2023-02-23 08-49-59.png
2. Adding product reviews help build trust and loyalty, and most of the consumers will look for feedback before making a purchase decision.
3. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
4. Add a FAQ page to provide information on frequent questions or concerns
5. Add Buy Now button which will simplify the purchasing process for consumers, improving their customer experience.
6. Add About Us page which is a reflection of the purpose and personality of the business.
7. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.

Caledonia - White Sand – G -- LO 2023-02-23 08-49-46.png
8. Add filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)

Headwear – G -- LO 2023-02-23 08-48-50.png
9. Add sorting feature in collection pages for changing the order of any product listing whereby users can choose which criteria they want the products to be listed by.
10. Use Trust Badges
Trust badges are crucial for every eCommerce store. Until people trust you with their credit card information, they won't make a purchase. A few ways to establish trust with potential customers are: Install an SSL certificate in your store, display small images of credit cards and other payment options, add social buttons that take your customers to your social media accounts, display your contact info (phone number, email address, and office address) prominently.

Wishing you the best with your store!

Gina
