How can I improve my online store and find a gift personalization app?

can you please view my store to give feedback and suggestions. I know my images need to be levelled up and the a couple of GDPR issues finalised but any views welcomed. Also I need an app that can let customer personalise their gifts such as jewellery.

thank you so much for the information. Sorry for delay due to family emergency. You have given me some great tips here much deeper than others.  I will Definately be using these and discuss them with my supporter. When completed May I show you the final outcome?
