1. Homepage

1.1 Hero section



Your hero area section looks beautiful, however it does not have any content in it which makes visitors feel confused about your store's product

-> Therefore, you should move this Heading and Subheading to the hero section 

-> It will allow customers understand what they should expect from you:




1.2 Flow process




Rather than displaying big icon vertically, you can display in in a horizontal section 

-> This would make your customers capture and understand the process easier


Here's an example:


1.3 Add more section 

Consider adding more section to convince visitors better:

  • Feature products (Showcasing impressive product photos)
  • Product benefit (3 reasons why people should buy this product)
  • Product selling points (3 things that separate this product from its same kind
  • Testimonial
  • Shipping policy
  • Return policy

2. Product Page

The product page should display more assets, for example:

  • Product images (include 1 main picture and 3-5 additional images)
  • Product Name
  • Product Description
  • Then you add the upload button and add to cart button




3. Support 

3.1. Have an FAQ page

I notice that you haven't had any FAQ page (a page that contain frequently asked questions like Shipping policy, Return policy, ...). 


These questions are really important cause they make customers feel safe and more ready to buy from an online store. 


=> You can create a FAQ page or a Help Center for this

  • Illustration images that help your customer can imagine about your product.

3.1. Change the 1st image of your slide show section

3.2.  Cart Abandonment Popup
