Feedback for your online store from the community
I'm just looking for honest feedback on my store. I'd appreciate any recommendations as well. Tia!
Thanks for reaching out to the community. This is MooseDesk - All-in-one Shopify Helpdesk App.
I had a look at your store and do have some point to make it bring better experience to potential customers. Please kindly check below:
1. Homepage
1.1 Hero section
Your hero area section looks beautiful, however it does not have any content in it which makes visitors feel confused about your store's product
-> Therefore, you should move this Heading and Subheading to the hero section
-> It will allow customers understand what they should expect from you:
1.2 Flow process
Rather than displaying big icon vertically, you can display in in a horizontal section
-> This would make your customers capture and understand the process easier
Here's an example:
1.3 Add more section
Consider adding more section to convince visitors better:
2. Product Page
The product page should display more assets, for example:
3. Support
3.1. Have an FAQ page
I notice that you haven't had any FAQ page (a page that contain frequently asked questions like Shipping policy, Return policy, ...).
These questions are really important cause they make customers feel safe and more ready to buy from an online store.
=> You can create a FAQ page or a Help Center for this
=> To address this, I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a free FAQ builder (with premade templates ready), and helpdesk app.
With MooseDesk you can make page like this:
This could address many questions from customers therefore help them feel more confident to buy from you
3.2. Have a support widget
So a very important in creating great user/customer experience is designing a place where customers can easily ask about your product or feedback their experience.
Currently your store has not had such thing and it might be a pain point in shopping online cause there's nowhere to ask and receiver answer. It might look like this:
If you want to find a FREE option for that, MooseDesk is a good choice. It's a customer service app/helpdesk that could help you do all the things I have suggested above.
If you want to give MooseDesk a try, feel free to do it and hit our 24/7 support so we can help you enhance UX experience.

As an expert/enthusiast in UX, I recommend implementing these changes to improve customer experience when scrolling through your store.

Hi @Lesliejovi,
This is Kate from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.
I'm genuinely impressed with your website. Your site has a stylish flair while remaining clean, clear, and professional. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions to improve your conversion rates.
1. Homepage
1.1. Add testimonials section
Testimonials are an essential component of any successful Shopify store. It provides social proof, builds credibility, and influences potential customers' purchasing decisions. It can help your online store be more trustworthy.
1.2. Integrate with your social media platform
Enhancing your store's visual appeal and boosting sales potential can be achieved by integrating shoppable Instagram feeds on your website.
=> Tools like VIBE and Instafeed enable you to display attractive Instagram content directly on your site, including posts, photos, and reels. These platforms offer the functionality to tag products within your visuals, allowing customers to conveniently shop directly from your Instagram feed.
2. Product page
Use Product page template
You should use the product page template for your product page to make it more more professional and easier for you to edit. Some information you should include:
Example:
3. Other
3.1. Change the 1st image of your slide show section
=> Change to other image that can illustrate your product better with the overall insight
3.2. Cart Abandonment Popup
Develop a strategy to address cart abandonment by re-engaging customers who depart without completing a purchase. Consider using exit-intent pop-ups that provide incentives such as discounts or complimentary shipping to motivate users to finalize their transactions.
I hope you find these suggestions helpful in optimizing your website's conversion rate. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. I wish you the best of luck with your online venture.
