Hi @Jea,

I’m Kate, a CRO expert from PageFly - Advanced Page Builder app.

Your store looks absolutely amazing! There’s still room for improvement so I’ll have some suggestions for you to enhance your storefront even further, increasing chances of potential conversions in the process:

1. General

  • Update your website title: I’m not exactly sure why your website title is displayed as if this site is yet to be loaded fully. This may cause some confusion among customers and also makes it not as professional. Consider updating your website title into a presentable one like “Pup County | Harnesses for Your Pups”.

PageFlyKate_0-1706499147007.png

2. For the Homepage

  • Update your hero banner: Your hero banner looks great. There are questionable design choices though, like this arbitrary opaque section that seemingly has no purpose being there. Also, your texts could use some readjustments, too. Consider these practices: Update your hero banner image, preferably the one with a girl holding a dog that you’re using, without that opaque part, presented clearly and expanded to entire screen minus the header section; Update your text into something captivating: “Harnesses without a hassle - A pleasant experience for you and your beloved pups”; And add a CTA button that leads to your best-selling collection.

PageFlyKate_1-1706499148271.png

  • Add more sections: Homepage is where your customers start their shopping journey; therefore, it should be where you convince them that they’re shopping at the right place. Consider adding more sections to really persuade them to shop here, like: Featured Premier Product, Featured Collections, An Origin Story, Testimonials, Sales Banner, Newsletter.
  • Add headings to sections: Define your sections so that customers don’t get lost as they scroll through your Homepage, by simply giving them each a heading.

PageFlyKate_2-1706499148030.png

  • Have a consistent styling across all CTAs: Your Homepage currently has 2 CTA buttons of different styling (one with a white background, one with an orange one). Consider making your CTA consistent in terms of styling across all of your pages. And since you’re adding more sections, please keep this in mind too as you design more sections for your Homepage.

3. For the Collection page

  • Update your website title: Like I said in the General segment, update your website title here, too.

PageFlyKate_4-1706499147008.png

  • Update your banner image: Your current banner images are too blurry, rendering it off-putting for some people who are surfing through your collection page. Consider updating them to HD ones.

PageFlyKate_5-1706499147864.png

  • Add a filter: Right now, it might not be relevant to your store as your collection is only having a few products. But in the future, if you intend to have a large catalog of products, consider adding a filter column on the left side (or right, your choice) so that your customers can quickly get the info on products that match their needs.

PageFlyKate_6-1706499147557.png

  • Add customers’ ratings and quick buy buttons: These will help increase your product’s trustability, as well as offer a potential conversion since your customers can shop right on the collection page, eliminating the need to go to individual product pages to add their desired products to their carts.

4. For the Product page

  • Update your website title: Same as above. Please update your website title here, too.
  • Increase your discounted price’s size: It’s nice that you’ve given it a different color for contrast. However, it would be better if you could make it bold, and increase its size so that it looks more attention grabbing.

PageFlyKate_9-1706499147345.png

  • Turn your product description into an accordion: Your product description looks great while being packed with essential information. But it’s quite some work to scroll through all of that. Consider turning it into an accordion (collapsible content tabs, just like your FAQ section right below it) so that your product pages look much more organized.

PageFlyKate_10-1706499148422.png

  • Minor adjustment to Customers’ Reviews section: This is trivial and super optional. It might just be better to have this “Write a review” button into a type-in field. This will partially help urge your customers to write a review more, psychologically speaking.

5. Ready for Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day is nearing, which is a great time to skyrocket your sales as traffic on seasonal holidays is at its all-time high. Consider these practices while adjusting your storefront design, too:

  • Implement a discount timer onto your announcement bar: This aims at your visitors’ FOMO, having them feel the urge to make on-the-spot purchases.
  • Update your hero banner: Consider having your hero banner section in the form of a slideshow that contains multiple hero banners, one of which is Valentine-themed showcasing all of your store’s holiday offers.
