How can I improve my online store's aesthetics and functionality?

Hello! My Store is https://printwavegoods.com/ I'm just looking for feedback on what I could be doing better, there's a lot of things that I know I need to change (Product descriptions and the text color on the front page picture). Any feedback would be much appreciated, do I need more information... etc. Thank you.

Congrats on your new store! I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some comments to make the good get even better. Here are some of my recommendations for a better customer experience, please kindly check.

 

1. Store name

The store name displayed on the tab and the URL should be consistent. Also, adding a favicon is a great way to create a strong impression and legitimate branding 

 

2. Header section

 

The logo should be bigger so that visitors can read your store’s name easily

The Contact Us button can be merged into the About Us button

 

 

3. Homepage

 

  • Hero section

First-time visitors usually decide whether to stay or leave your site based on their first impression of the homepage. I suggest making this hero section more outstanding by changing the color of the text and highlighting the Buy Now button. 

 

Here is a good example of a hero section:

  • Featured products

It is time-saving and convenient for visitors when you already have a list of products displayed on the homepage. I suggest adding a section to demonstrate your key products like this:

  • Reasons to believe

Make it concise and on-point by using bullet points and shorter text. You can also use icons to provide a better demonstration.

5. Footer section

 

 

The Contact Information should include the company's physical address, phone number, email address, and sometimes links to social media profiles. Consider adding some social media icons to your current footer section.

 

A Newsletter Signup should also be added for customers to contact you easily. Take a look at this example:

5. Customer support

 

Last but not least, don't overlook the importance of customer support for your new online store. It's essential for ensuring a positive shopping experience!

Just looking at the front page I'd suggest fixing your logo.  The text in the logo is too small to read.  

You can't read the text above the buy now button because it's black text infront of a dark colored cat.  It blends together.

I personally am not a fan of the font used for for the descriptions on the front page.  I'd suggest making it a bit bigger and different style.

You have an error on the footer.

You have a beautiful website but very basic too. I believe a few adjustments may be required to make it more professional and appealing to customers.

 

Here are some recommendations:


Header:
1. Announcement bar is missing. It can highlight the special announcement or promotion. 

2.Logo Should be little big and of high quality.

3.Favicon Missing.

Homepage: (First Impression is the last impression)

The homepage is the first landing page your customers will see after opening the website. Yours is done beautifully.

1.Add feature products on the home page.

2. Featured Products / all Title should be Optimized and Seo Friendly 

3.Add Meta Description for all Products

4.Add Trust Badges on Your Home Page

5.Highlight the USP of your Products or services.
6. Add a Lead magnet section on Home Page 

7.Customer Reviews are needed on the Home Page and on the Product Page. This also generates    trust in your site and promotes sales.

8.If Possible, add Instagram Feed on Home page
9.Add Sticky Cart Icon on Home Page.

Collection and Product Page:.
- Add Product Review option on Collection Pages
- Add Sticky add to Cart and Buy now Button for quick checkout
- Add Trust Badges bellow add to cart or Buy now Button
