Hi @DMick27
This is Richard - CRO Expert at PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.
Congrats on your new store! Your store looks stunning and professional, and I can tell you've put in a lot of effort. I understand that experiencing low sales can be frustrating. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:
HOME PAGE
1> Add CTA button to your hero banner
You can add a CTA button here to lead your visitor to your feature product / collection, etc.
2> Add more Add to cart buttons
The Add to Cart button is the most critical thing we recommend you include. Users will be able to fill up their shopping carts in one session and then complete the purchase transaction without entering the product page. It will undoubtedly increase your conversion.
3> Have a Secondary Hover Images:
There are few strategies you can use for your secondary hover images:
Secondary hover images will help customers see different views of the products so that they can easily gain trust and make Buying decisions.
4> Use different background color schemes for different sections
Currently, these 2 sections have the same background color. Color-coding sections will allow your visitors to subconsciously group content together. In this case, it’s hard to highlight the product section.
5> Include direct links in the footer to the "Shipping Info" pages.
Users, in my opinion, need to know about the site's return policy and shipping choices before making a purchase decision. It might go in the footer or in this Shipping Details link. Users' need to learn about the return policy is directly linked to shipping information – how much would they lose on any non-refundable shipping expenses if they have to return a product? In fact, some consumers value shipping information so much that they want to know what shipping alternatives are available to them before they commit to purchasing a product.
PRODUCT PAGE
1> Include Both the User Rating Average and Number of Ratings
When it comes to online shopping, customer reviews are crucial. PageFly makes adding testimonials and product reviews to your page an ease.
2> Use Both ‘Bullet Lists’ and ‘Blocks of Text’ for Product Descriptions
By providing bullet lists, simplified summaries of product and feature information, bullet lists are an ideal way of delivering product information to users quickly and easily.
But bullet lists, on the other hand, are often shallow and, as a result, frequently prompt users to inquire about product features and terminology. When users need more information about a product, they will almost always turn to text blocks.
3> Display a minimum of 5-6 reviews by default, with the ability to “Load More”
As previously mentioned, reviews are extremely significant when making a "Buying" decision; hence, showing 5-6 reviews as defaults will not only increase your brand's credibility, but will also keep the page responsive.
4> Add recently-viewed section
You might consider giving all users (including those who aren't signed in) access to a history-based recently viewed things list, and allowing them to change it. For a variety of reasons, users may desire to revisit previously seen content.
For example, throughout both mobile and desktop testing, people frequently wanted to return to a product they'd seen before simply to reevaluate it after having looked at and rejected other options. Users will become bored and dissatisfied if it is too difficult to refind previously viewed things, and they may decide not to buy anything at all.
Site Speed
Page speed is extremely crucial for both buyer’s experience and Google ranking, so you could consider Shopify themes made to help you boost Google page speed score for your store such as Blum, Refresh, Dawn…
Hope it helps and happy selling!
Warm regards,
Richard | PageFly

Hi there @ahorvath!
Thanks for sharing your store link with us here in the Shopify Community!
Thanks also for specifying that you're seeing some traffic, but looking to increase add-to-cart rates, that's good to know!
Could you let me know about your visitor numbers approximately so far, and what you're doing to drive that traffic?
In terms of increasing add-to-cart rates, there are some good general tips we can share that merchants use to address this:
Improve the product description: Make sure that the product description is clear, well-written, and includes all the necessary details about the product. Highlight the benefits of the product and make it easy for the customers to understand what they are buying.
You've already got a load of character in your product descriptions, that's great to see!
In this vein, I'd also recommend you add a blog to your store and update it with articles as you go to help share your story with your visitors.
Use high-quality images: Customers are more likely to buy a product if they can see it clearly. Use high-quality images that showcase the product from different angles.
Offer discounts and promotions: Everyone loves a good deal. Offer discounts or promotional codes to attract customers to buy your products.
Show social proof: People are more likely to buy a product if they see that others have bought it and are satisfied with it. Include customer reviews and ratings to show social proof.
Do you have social media accounts for your business that you could use for social media marketing?
Simplify the checkout process: Make it easy for customers to checkout. Don't require them to create an account or fill out unnecessary information. Provide multiple payment options to accommodate a variety of customers.
Check out some of the links I have shared here, let me know what you're doing so far to get your store out there, or if you have any other questions we can help with!

Hello @ahorvath,
Greetings! I am Gina from the flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
I've taken a look at your store. Nice collection! I've some suggestions to increase the conversion rate.
1. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product. Even sometimes by reading reviews, customers may look to understand whether your product will suit their particular situation and make the decision to purchase the product.
2. Display store's contact info like phone number, email address, and office address in the Contact Us page.
3. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
4. Add social media for the store to increase the traffic. By showcasing your social media profiles in the footer, you can raise awareness of your brand and increase your online presence, making it easier for customers to engage with you and share your content.
5. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
6. Crafting an ideal SEO product title and URL can aid search engines in comprehending the nature of your merchandise and boost traffic to your website. Therefore, it's advisable to maintain a unique and specific product title and URL.
7. Add filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)
8. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
9. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
10. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.
11. Add CTA button like Shop Now, Buy Now in the Home page header banner or slideshow
The Call To Action(CTA) is a key element on a webpage, acting as a signpost that lets the user know what to do next. Without a clear CTA, the user may not know the next steps to take to purchase a product or sign up for a newsletter and is likely to leave the site without accomplishing their task.
12. Add data policies (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund Policy) to your store which helps set expectations with your website visitors. They'll know the types of data you're collecting, why you're collecting, protects the seller from bad customers and ensures that buyers know exactly what to expect when they order a product.
Hope this helps
Gina
Hello @ahorvath,
Congratulations on launching your new online store! We took a closer look at your store, and we would like to provide some constructive criticism to help you improve your store and increase conversions.
Firstly, we would suggest redesigning your store theme, logo, and home page to cater to dog lovers. The current design is generic and lacks personality. By targeting dog lovers, you can make a more personal connection with your audience, leading to increased sales.
We also suggest changing your font and using a similar font across all content and pages for consistency. This will help make your store look more professional and organized.
The product pages could be redesigned to make them more appealing to your customers. Consider adding more descriptive and engaging product descriptions and high-quality, correctly aligned images.
Another issue we noticed is that the header section covers the page, which can distract your customers. Redesigning your Mega Menu and ensuring that everything is clearly communicated will help customers easily navigate your store.
If available, add product certifications to increase customer trust in your brand. Correcting your image size and aligning your images can make your store look more polished and professional.
The hero section of your store also needs a redesign to make it more eye-catching and engaging. Consider adding a slider with high-quality product images or a video showcasing your brand and products.
Adding a customer testimonials section can help increase trust and credibility with potential customers. Implementing SEO and speed optimization can improve your store's search engine ranking and page load times.
In conclusion, we recommend targeting dog and pet lovers and ensuring your store reflects this.
These changes will help increase conversions and make your store more successful.
Thank you for trusting us with your store, and good luck with your business!
Regards,
CedCommerce
