Hi @Bahrikaan,

I'm Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder.

First of all I would say I'm impressed by the majestic design & good content of your website. It's clear that you've put a lot of thought and effort into creating a great online presence. Meanwhile, from my expertise, there must be room for improvement, so I would like to offer some suggestions to help you grow your online business better.

1. Add the Explore more button to your first showcase

Consider adding the Explore more button to your Feature products section to allow shoppers to view additional products from your first showcase. This would help reduce bounce rate as they can continue to explore other options to their liking, so increase shoppers' engagement & allow more chances of getting sales.

2. Make the price information highly visible

Shoppers who visit e-commerce websites will want to know the price of the products right away, also they would browse multiple products to compare prices. Therefore, you should set it bold or use another color to make the price information more noticeable & highlight your promotional messaging. This would be an important factor in the decision-making process to better convert your visitors.

You can take this below as a reference:

Consider reformatting your product description, including headings, subheadings, bullet points, and paragraphs. Specially, using Bullet points to showcase product highlights. This all could make long content more readable and less daunting. It allows readers to skim and find the information they need.

Check more on this below guideline:

4. Add Estimated Delivery date on product page

You should show the estimated delivery date in the main content of the product page, either as a link in the "Buy" section or as a product page section. It allows customers to choose products based on their urgency or timeline, which can lead to more informed and confident buying choices.

PageFlyKate_5-1701830330409.png5. Don't miss out on the Christmas Holiday to boost sales!

Get the best out of the holiday season, like upcoming Christmas to increase your sales.

  • Create a Christmas-themed landing page which highlights exclusive deals and provides a cohesive holiday experience for visitors.

Also feature the graphic banner on the homepage to attract shoppers to your Christmas campaign.

  • Add a countdown timer to the most noticeable spot on your website (ex: Announcement bar, Pop-up, etc) to create a sense of urgency and drive conversions.

That’s all of my feedback. Hope it will increase your website's conversion rate. Feel free to reach me in the reply section if you need further discussions. Wish you luck and endurance on your entrepreneurship journey!

Hi Bahrikaan,

This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App

I believe I was one of the people who gave you feedback last time! What a change you have made to your store! I like the look of it now quite a lot, it looks professional and inviting.

I think what comes next is going to be your marketing. Do you have a social media presence? If you have an Instagram, it would be good to include the feed on your site as well. Your product is very visual so platforms such as instagram, facebook, tiktok, or pinterest would be quite suitable.

Once you start to have some conversion, it would be important to keep learning about your customer's needs and also where they are coming from. If you haven't done so already, you can easily do this with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.

Here's our most recent successful Shopify store owner interview.

Hope this can provide some learning and inspiration.
