Hi everyone,
Ive spent the last few days building a website www.bluesmartstore.com for my store. It would be a great help if anyone could provide some feedback on what I could improve on as I have traffics around 200 but no conversion. Im relatively new to this so I would greatly appreciate it.

1. Improve your sticky header and hero banner
I appreciated that your site has the sticky header. It helps customers easily access menu navigation although they scroll down or up on your page. Customers can also quickly reach the Search field to find products with a sticky header. However, it takes a larger area on your screen:
The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website. Let's get consumers to know exactly what you're having in 5 seconds first. Your current images are pretty but I think we can improve it more, it doesn’t show the attractive products you have.

Shipping information: Provide details about shipping options, estimated delivery times, and any associated costs.
Returns policy: Clearly state your policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Related products: Offer suggestions for related or complementary products to encourage cross-selling.

Social sharing button: Allow customers to easily share the product on social media platforms.
FAQ section: Anticipate and address common questions about the product. For example:
Customer Support: Provide contact details or links to customer support for any questions or issues related to the product.
3. Prepare for the upcoming sales season
You might not prepare any sale activity for upcoming holiday, like BFCM, Christmas, Thanksgiving,... As the holiday season draws near, it's crucial to get ready for the upcoming sales surge. With events like mentioned above, early preparation is key. Here are some tips for you:

I appreciate that you have shared your online store URL for us to explore! Looking into your store, I noticed that you are using the announcement bar to inform your visitors of a discount and free shipping offer. That is a great way to get your visitors browsing through the available products and create a buyer incentive! What do you think about including a slideshow section as the first section on the homepage? This can help your visitors learn more about the business and products without having to scroll. For example, you could include your best seller or favorite product in the slides.
I did want to bring to your attention that the TikTok icon displaying on the footer of the store is leading to a 404 error. I would suggest updating the icon link to ensure that it directs visitors to the correct TikTok business page. You can make changes to the icon link by navigating to your Theme Editor and selecting the Theme Settings. I took a screenshot of the section I am referring to:
Additionally, if you have other business social media pages - you can add those directly to the footer section as well. This can help provide your customers with a sense of security about making a purchase as they can reach out to the business across other platforms.
