Hi @craftycowbella ,

I'm Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder app.

Congratulations on your new store! Your website has a clean and organized layout, which is great as a foundation. To enhance its appeal and functionality, you might consider adding a few more elements. This can elevate the user experience and showcase the full potential of your store. Have you completed the website yet? Based on my experience, I have a few small suggestions that might help improve your sales:

1. Personalize your homepage:

Your current homepage is quite like the collection page and it’s not really attractive customers to explore more and be reliable on it. You can consider improving by my suggestions below:

  • Add a favicon: It will make your store unique and help customers easily recognize it. Here is the Shopify guide for it: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/images/add-favicon
  • Have announcement bar: It will announce the information about shipping and discount or any promotion campaign of a store.
  • Have sticky header: The header should include logo + menu + cart and search tool
  • Have an easy-to-scan content, hero banner : It is the first thing customers see when they visit. To make it really clear what you're offering within just 5 seconds, try moving the heading and the "Call to Action" (CTA) button up to the middle of the first screen. Here is a sample from our free template:

  • Classify your CTA button on the pages

2. Have testimonial, brand story on your website

Including a section about your brand story or customer review can help customers learn more about your business and make your store appear more professional and increase your reliability.

You should add the section on your homepage, star review on your product and collection page to increase the reliability of your store. Here are some examples for you:

3. In overall, this is a summary of the checklist you can take a look:

  • Start with your unique value proposition
  • Maximize the speed and performance of the page
  • Check your Shopify landing page functionality on mobile, tablet, and laptop/desktop
  • Include as much positive information as possible to reinforce the benefits and trust
  • Have a strong title and brief, effective paragraphs
  • Invest in product image quality
  • Be fastidious with grammar and spelling
  • Use videos to showcase products
  • Use sliders to maximize the space on your landing page
  • Have a strong, visually present call-to-action
  • Use a countdown timer to create urgency
  • Include an FAQ section so many customer inquiries can be solved from the same page
  • Make your advertisement and landing page identical
  • Use the optimum length

If you have any further questions, please feel free to let me know.

Hoping you shimmy and shake your way into 2024!

Best regards,

Kate | PageFly team
