Hi @Biznazz101,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. This is MooseDesk - Customer Support Helpdesk/FAQ App.
Congrats on your new store! Your store looks stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some comments to make the good get even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.
1. Favicon Image
Adding a favicon image to your website can contribute to its professionalism and brand recognition. This small detail can make a big difference in how users perceive your site and can help increase trust and credibility.
Your website is lacking favicon image:
2. Homepage
2.1. Hero Banner
While the hero banner image is of high quality, I recommend crafting a more compelling description to accompany it. A captivating description can encourage users to explore further and increase engagement with your website.
2.2. Section Consolidation
Consider consolidating sections Browse by flavor and Featured brands into a single, cohesive category. This can streamline the user experience and make navigation more intuitive for visitors to your site.
You can create a section titled 'Browse with us' and offer users two options: browsing by flavor and browsing by brands. Include a call-to-action (CTA) button to redirect them to the product collection page, where you can organize categories for flavors and brands, similar to the example below.
You can organize like this in the homepage:
When users clicking on the CTA button to go the collection page, here is an example:
2.3. Reviews Section
Grouping together 100+ 5-star reviews and What our clients say within the reviews section can make it easier for users to access and evaluate product feedback. This can lead to more informed purchasing decisions and increased trust in your products.
2.4. Section Removal
Evaluate the relevance of Featured snack section on your homepage. If it doesn't add significant value to the user experience, consider removing it to declutter the interface and improve focus.
Here is the section I mention about:
Also, you should remove this section since it duplicates information already presented above to maintain clarity and simplicity.
Here is the section I mention about:
3. Footer
Since the current combination of black font and red background is not well-blended, you should consider making adjustments to improve visibility and user experience.
4. Product Page
Enhance the presentation of product information by increasing the font size under product descriptions and providing comprehensive written content for all parts, especially the nutritional facts. This can improve readability and help users make more informed purchasing decisions.
5. Customer Support System and FAQ Page
Consider implementing a robust customer support system and creating a FAQ page to address common user inquiries and concerns. This can enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing timely and helpful assistance.
To address your customer support and FAQ page, I recommend using MooseDesk, an app for creating unique FAQ pages for your customers. Besides helping you creating your FAQ page, we also provide a helpdesk/ticketing system for your customer support.

Hello,
I hope you are doing good and welcome to the Shopify Community!
I am San from MS Web Designer
Thank you for sharing your store URL. We have gone through your website.
You have a beautiful website. I believe a few adjustments may be required to make it more professional and appealing to customers.
Here are some recommendations:
Header:
1. Announcement bar Missing for Special announcement or promotion.
2. Social media Icon missing on header
You can follow this.
Homepage: (First Impression is the last impression)
The homepage is the first landing page your customers will see after opening the website. Yours is done beautifully.
1.Featured Products / all Title should be Optimized and Seo Friendly
2.Add Meta Description for all Products.
3. Add Featured product on Home Page with prices and sales tags.
4.Highlight the USP of your Products or services.
5.Add a Lead magnet section on Home Page.
6.If Possible, add Instagram Feed on Home page.
7.Add Sticky Cart Icon on Home Page.
Collection and Product Page:
- Add Sticky add to Cart and Buy now Button for quick checkout.
- Add Images Sliders
- Add Trust Badges bellow add to cart or Buy now Button
- Add Product Badges like New, 10% Off, You Save 20$ or Free Shipping.
- Add Mouseover on 2nd image Features for all products.
SPEED Optimization:
1.Your site might be in need of Optimization too. As per Google Insights, your site score is 26 which means that attention is required here. A well-optimized site rates 60+ for mobile version, this affects your SEO ranking and decides how many customers/visitors view or find your website as 80% visitors use mobile to place the order. This is especially important if you don't want to invest in advertisements.
Speed optimization is required to increase sales and traffic. Also, if your speed is not good, your website ranking will definitely fall.
I hope this helped!
Please feel free to contact us for any further help that you might require.
Best regards,
San.

Hi @biznazz101
I am Garcia from the Shopify Advanced Page Builder App PageFly. Your store looks great, but I have some feedback on your store. I'd like to offer you the following advice based on my experience as a CRO, and I hope it can raise your conversion rate.
I. Home page
1. Choose 1 header to reduce confused and resize header
You have a sticky header, and that’s great!
But the problem is you have 2 headers, and it may cause confusion for your customers and raise the page speed.
My suggestion is to boost CR and page speed, you should review one of them and then, keep one header only. You can change the 1st header to a menu drop-down bar.
2. Consider and change the video in the heading section
I saw the play icon (As the images below), but the heading section is not a video and the image quality is very low, and it may raise the bounce rate cause it is the 1st section of the Homepage.
You should change the video to make it work, and be careful of the image quality.
3. Add an About Us section
Creating a compelling "About Us" page is essential for businesses, especially those in competitive markets or those leveraging drop shipping models. This page not only helps in differentiation but also establishes a strong brand identity.
Above is a sample "About Us" page tailored to a generic business that aims to stand out among competitors.
II. Product Page
1. Highlight the price and add compare price
Highlighting product prices effectively can significantly enhance how customers perceive and interact with your listings. To make the current price stand out, consider utilizing a larger font size, bold text, or a distinctive color. This approach ensures that the current price grabs attention first, guiding customers towards making a purchase decision.
Furthermore, when displaying compare prices, it's effective to present the original price in a smaller size or a less dominant color, accompanied by a strikethrough. This subtle presentation method indicates a price reduction, subtly informing customers of the value they're getting, without drawing excessive attention away from the current, more appealing price.
2. Add more images of the products to the product detail
Adding more images to the product detail pages can significantly enhance the online shopping experience for your customers. 3 images of your product's detail (As I listed below) is the same.
Multiple images can showcase your product from different angles and in various contexts, giving customers a better understanding of what they are purchasing. This clarity can reduce uncertainty and hesitation, leading to a more confident buying decision.
III. Make use of the holiday
For a snack store looking to make a significant impact on Mother's Day, tailoring a campaign that not only drives sales but also celebrates mothers in a heartfelt way can set your store apart. Here are several holiday campaign ideas that are perfect for Mother's Day:
1. "Moms Munch Free" Day
2. Mother’s Week of Surprises
It's all about my suggestion. However, these ideas are just my point of view. For the best results, it's important to tailor these strategies to the specific audience and products of the store.
Warm regards,
Garcia | PageFly Team
