Feedback for your online store from the community
Hello everyone,
Just wanted to see if I could get any feedback for my product page:

I have been working on the site for a few weeks and made a lot of tweaks.
Almost ready to start experimenting with paid ads so would greatly appreciate any feedback.
Thanks

Hi @zomex,
I'm Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder.
Congrats on your new store! Great product that you are offering, I love it. But if you are conducting ads on your product page for advertising, the design of your stores need some improvements. From my Conversion Rate Optimization expertise, I would like to give you some advice to make your store more stunning & help you better convert.
1. Make the price more visible
Shoppers often visit e-commerce websites with the primary intent of finding and comparing prices. You should set it bold or use another color to make the price information more noticeable. It will meet shoppers' expectations and help them make informed decisions quickly.
Reference:
By providing direct links on badges, users are more likely to explore additional content or sections of the site. This can lead to increased engagement, as users find it easier to access the information they are interested in. Also, it helps to build trust so they are more likely to make a purchase.
Give more attention to details as it may affect the users’ experience. Consider setting the left alignment for this section as the accordion on the right.
Also this customer reviews part, it looks a bit messed up though authentic. You can compressed them into a slideshow to avoid long scrolling, especially on small screen devices.
Reference:
Your store provides a wide range of products, so you can take this chance to upsell by showcase other related products. Showing related products based on customer behavior, purchase history, or product characteristics can personalize the shopping experience, which then increases the likelihood of additional purchases.
Reference:
A countdown timer can be particularly effective for limited-time offers, special sales events, or when highlighting the scarcity of a product. Instead of simply showing the available stock, you can create the sense of urgency & drive more conversions. This works effectively especially when you run an advertising campaign.

Hope my feedback will provide valuable insights to help you to grow your business better! Wish you luck & endurance in your journey ✨
Cheers,
Kate | PageFly Team

Hi @zomex
Thanks for reaching out to the community. This is MooseDesk - All-in-one Shopify Ticketing System App.
Firstly, I want to applaud your hard work in making your store beautiful and inviting. Your detailed layout and curated products create an authentic and visually pleasing atmosphere.
However, there is still room for improvement. Given MooseDesk's industry experience, here are some recommendations to improve your product page performance.
1. Displaying the Price More Noticeably: When the price is prominently displayed, customers can quickly assess whether the product fits within their budget and make purchasing decisions more efficiently. Here are some strategies you should follow to change your current displayed price:
Here's a good example for your reference:
2. Using Swatches as the Selector for Color Variations:
I recommend using swatches to display and select color variations. Ensure the main product image changes to the selected color, and consider providing a preview of the color swatch being hovered. This enhances the shopping experience by providing a more intuitive way to explore product options. Take a look at this example below:
3. Customize Your Customer Review Section:
Your current customer reviews section appears a bit messy. Consider rearranging it to improve visual appeal. One suggestion is to compress them into a slideshow to optimize space, avoid long scrolling, and improve overall page performance. Take a look at this example below:
4. Displaying Related Products to Promote Upselling and Cross-Selling Opportunities:
A good recommendation for you is showcase related products that complement the item a customer is viewing, you can encourage them to purchase additional or relevant items based on their interests.
5. Adding a Countdown Timer: I recommend adding a countdown timer to create a sense of urgency by indicating that the offer or availability of the product is limited. This encourages customers to act promptly to avoid missing out. Here's a good example to follow:
All and all, I love your store and believe it is really great. Hope my ideas can make it even better.

Many thanks for your replies @PageFly-Kate & @MooseDesk
Both of you mentioned the same points and I agree.
I have implemented the following changes:
- Made the price more bold, added a discounted value with less emphasis
- Changed the design of the reviews to make them more tidy/professional looking
- Created and added a countdown (no apps used) - I don't really like countdowns personally as I feel they are too drop shipping vibe but I understand they are effective
I do have related products on all pages but have removed it from this page as I think it will take the focus away from the product.
@PageFly-Kate I think adding a link to the badges would be a negative for conversion rate as it will be a unnecessary option for someone to leave the landing page. Also the badges say what needs to be said without the need for more context.
You mentioned alignment issues on the page but I did not understand from your screenshots. Would love to hear where you mean.
Thanks,
Jack

Hi @zomex,
Your point is valid as well; incorporating a link within the badge is a clever approach, offering visitors immediate access to more detailed information about the highlighted benefits or features. But indeed, as you mentioned, it ultimately hinges on the primary call-to-action of the page. Thank you for contributing the idea.

Hi @zomex ,
This is Neha. I recently visited your store and wanted to share some feedback to help improve the overall customer experience. Here are a few suggestions:
1. Add a phone number for the visitors.
2. Add a live chat option on the website.
3. Taking someone to the cart is a challenge. So to make them buy from your site, add a longer product description, as it leads to better SEO ranking in Google search. Ref article from Shopify
4. Further to increase your average order value, you can add another section of Frequently Bought/Clicked/Trending/Bestselling Products on your home page.
5. Make sure the newsletter section is available on all the pages of the website.
6. Put "Secured and trusted checkout" in your footer
7. You should use tools like pushowl, pushcrew, etc to capture user interest for notification. This way, you can run marketing campaigns later and reach out to clients.
I hope you find these suggestions helpful in enhancing your store's performance and providing an improved experience for your customers.
Best
Neha
