Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi hope everyone is well. I would like to know of any suggestions or feedback on my product page, (https://grandhealthysupplies.com/collections/trending/products/indoor-cycling-professional-fitness-c...)
When people land on my collection page they do go through and click on products but then always seem to leave and abandon their browsing without adding to cart. So I would love to hear everyone's opinion on why this might be. Thank you all for your time and feedback

Hello @grandhealthy22,
Good day! Gina from flareAI app here to assist.
There are several possible reasons why visitors are leaving your Shopify store without making a purchase.
The product page is too long. My advice is to improve the user experience.
In general, it is a good idea to provide a detailed product description for your Shopify store, as it can help potential customers understand the features and benefits of your product and make an informed purchasing decision. However, it is important to balance the level of detail with readability and visual appeal and to ensure that the description is relevant, accurate, and not overly promotional.
There is an Add on Cart button at the bottom of the page which is distracting the page's appeal.
Hope this helps

Hello there, I have two major suggestions on how you could improve the outlook of your store to convince customers to patronize it even more.
1) I could not find any customer reviews on the homepage. This isn’t good as many potential customers treat reviews from others as a sense of approval for the products in your store, so you should definitely work on changing that.
2) You should let customers be aware of what other customers are doing in your store. This would help inspire them to put in orders and make purchases of their own. For this purpose, I suggest you use the Show Recent Orders App which drops consistent and visible notifications to customers who are scrolling through your store. Even better is that you can try the app for free here https://apps.shopify.com/show-recent-orders
HI @grandhealthy22 ,
This is Richard from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder App. I would like to give my feedback on your Product page, Homepage and the site in overall. Hope this can help!
Sticky header helps customers easily access menu navigation although they scroll down or up on your page. And basically, the announcement bar will announce the information about shipping and discount or any promotion campaign of a store.
Your announcement bar and header here is not attractive and it makes a merchant easy to leave your site before scrolling down.
The menu is pretty good on your mobile version.
It’s great that you already have a color palette running throughout your page, however, you should add one CTA button, such as “Buy Now” to increase the conversion rate or else customers are very likely to scroll and make no purchase consideration.
Your current product description is too long and hard to read. You should use titles to sub-divide long Product Descriptions or use both ‘Bullet Lists’ and ‘Blocks of Text’ for Product Descriptions.
It’s undeniable that reviews and ratings can influence people’s purchase intent. This is especially true when you’re running a business providing baby products - safety and quality comes first. To increase credibility, I suggest you add some heartfelt testimonials and 5 stars reviews coming from moms - the target customers to increase your conversion rate.
Everybody loves sales but moms are the number one fans of a great deal. I suggest you also add the amount of % price was off to create the FOMO effect, triggering site visitors to feel that your sales off products are must-buys.
In general, I think you’re off to a great start. Please keep up the good work and experiment CRO practices to find out which one suits your store and customers best.
First impression matters, especially in the fashion industry. I suggest you add a carousel to show a list of your strength products there. By offering a list of options at first glance, site visitors are more likely to see more and become interested.
Furthermore, for the upcoming Valentine's Day, will you run any campaigns? Here are some promotion ideas for your campaigns, I hope they will be useful for you.
1. Personalize Your Offer for Valentine's Day
Gift-giving is almost like a ritual on Valentine’s day. You can make the most out of it by offering products around Valentine's theme.
2. Mention Your Delivery Time & Rates Clearly
Delivery time is one of those things that can make or break your business. And if it’s some holiday, buyers take the delivery dates too seriously. To convert these visitors into potential buyers, mention your delivery dates clearly across your website, app, and emails. Also, specify the last date to place an order to reach on time.
3. Create Gift Guides
As mentioned earlier, Valentine’s Day is the season of gift-giving. But, when it comes to finding a perfect gift, people have what’s called a perpetual dilemma.
You can do this by making a Valentine's day gift guide. Break the guide into sections based on gender, interests, or personality traits like this:
