How can I improve my Pymbox food delivery store?

I'm a store owner of Pymbox, Canadian company operating for Food Delivery Niche (Delivery bags, bikes, phone accessories etc). Store link is https://www.pymbox.ca love to give any feedback (design, SEO, product choice, traffic boost etc).

  • Ensure the Primary CTA Buttons Styling Is Unique and Prominent: To prompt and guide customers to click on the "Shop Insulated Bags" button, it needs to stand out from the background. Consider making it more attractive and engaging by adding a color change or animation effect such as shadow when the mouse hovers over it.
  • Sync CTA buttons for slideshows: The position and effect of the two CTA buttons on your slideshow in section 1 are pretty different. This could distract visitors from focusing on the central part. Therefore, you should synchronize two CTA buttons to ensure visitors can quickly grasp the information.

  • Add a collection list or additional product lists: With the first visitors, it is really hard for them to understand what your store provides. Based on my experience, instead of adding product details about your product on the homepage, you should add a collection list or “Featured products” to give them an overview of what you are selling, thereby helping them easily choose the most suitable products and then it will navigate them to the product page.

  • Add more at least 1-2 sections: To make your website more trustworthy, you should consider adding 1-2 sections to showcase your store, such as "Brand Stories" or a "Blogs" section. These sections will provide additional information about your store, helping to establish credibility and build trust with your visitors.

 

2. Add “Add to cart” button in collection pages to have a higher conversion rate

One of the effective ways to improve higher conversion rates is by adding a prominent call-to-action (CTA) button on every product in the product list. This shortcut allows potential customers to make quick purchases without the need for additional clicks to access detailed product information.

3. Add content about the Back-To-School campaign to attract customers

With the selling season approaching, don't miss out on promotional campaigns to boost your CRO. Prepare for the Back-to-School and seize the opportunity to increase sales. You can take these actions into account:

  • Offer promotions and discounts, including appealing deals and bundle offers for your Back-To-School collection. Consider offering discounts, freebies, or exclusive student incentives to attract shoppers.
  • Create a dedicated Back-To-School landing page on your website. The showcase featured products, promotions, and campaign information with an appealing design that aligns with the theme. Make it user-friendly for easy navigation and purchases.

9. Please consider adding a checkout option for single products in addition to the existing 'Add to Cart' functionality. Some customers may have a specific item in mind and prefer a direct checkout option rather than adding it to the cart and then proceeding to checkout
