Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi Everyone,
Site is getcadero.com
I launched my first store earlier this week and was hoping to get some more feedback on the store design/copy as well as the product I'm offering. I'm mainly getting traffic through Facebook ads but I've only made a single sale on 154 visitors. I'm using ads geared for sales conversions too. Any feedback would be super helpful.
Thanks,
Eric

Hi Eric,
Hope you're doing well. This is Garcia from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App.
Firstly, congratulations on launching your store last week! I had the chance to explore it and was truly impressed by its minimalist, clean design. Incorporating a CTA button for each section is a thoughtful touch.
Everything appears well-executed, but I'd like to offer a few suggestions to potentially elevate your store even more:
1. Consider adding a more direct hero banner so visitors can instantly understand what you're offering.
2. A video tutorial or gif in the "How it works" section for the cooler would be beneficial. It'd provide visitors a clearer idea of its practical use.
3. For newer products without reviews, you could make the highlight-feature section even more dynamic. Some gif demonstrations showcasing how the "Dual cupholders" works, how to access the hatch, fold the cooler, or how convenient the built-in bottle opener is, could be engaging.
4. Emphasize your brand's story. I found your "About us" page captivating, but many visitors often overlook such pages. Infusing personal and unique elements can foster engagement and make your product stand out. You may consider featuring this on the main page.
5. Add the FAQs section to your front page. Your FAQs are on point. Consider integrating it on the front page, perhaps towards the bottom, might be handy for visitors.
6. Don’t miss out on the holiday opportunities to boost sales for your store. Halloween, Black Friday, and Christmas are coming, many will be looking for reasons to unwind and enjoy some time at home (which may be the perfect time to use your product). Consider implementing promotions, introducing upsell plans, or even adding festive decorations and recommendations to guide visitors toward making holiday purchases.
These are some examples of how to make your store look festive:
I hope you find these suggestions helpful. If you do, please give it a thumbs-up or mark it as a solution. Wishing you a splendid day ahead and all the best with your business endeavors. Keep up the great work, Eric!
Cheers,
Garcia | PageFly team
