Hi @JadedOnes

I am Garcia from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App. Congratulations on your store! After looking at your website, I have some feedback for your Store and hope that they can help you increase sales.

1. Plus Point:

  • Having Favicon will help customers remember and recognize your store easier. It also shows your professionalism.
  • Search bar is visible.
  • A sticky menu header helps customers to reach out to the menu and access the menu anytime they want.
  • Have a secondary hover image…

2. Some Recommendations:

2.1. The Hero banner should have a CTA button

A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store.

With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, etc.

Since people respond positively to visual content, having a high-resolution image on your website is a good way to entice visitors to explore your site further. Your image now is little bit blur.

2.2. Show Product list with CTA buttons

Having a list of products is a great part which helps your customers to have general information about your products.

With each product, you can add a CTA button which makes it clear to potential customers which action to take next and helps remove friction in moving the user down the sales funnel.

2.3 Always highlight Core Products or Brand Features

Highlight Core Products

To make your products more outstanding, you can show customers some more unique features about your clothes or accessories like what materials, how it is different from others’ store, how you pack your products... I will take our template as an example.

PageFlyGarcia_2-1684203189541.png

While it’s important to highlight key product features in order to entice users to explore the site further, the homepage shouldn’t become a “product page lite”, as including too much specific product information would overwhelm some users. Therefore, it’s important to focus on the 2–5 core product attributes that most users would be interested in.

Add Core Brand information

You can display the policy as the second section on your homepage. Users' perceptions of the site or brand can be positively influenced by the availability of free delivery, the returns policy, and any warranty or guarantee information, which can reassure them that the site is trustworthy. The site is an excellent area to showcase such policies in a clear and straightforward manner. Such information, which is front of mind for many users, can assist develop trust and inspire consumers to explore the site further.

2.4. Have a benefit section

Adding a benefit section in the middle of the homepage will give your customers a reason to purchase from you instead of the competition. This helps reduce the bounce rate and increase the likelihood of purchase.

Hello Da'Ron,

I took a look into your store and would like to make some suggestions to enhance store design and conversion rates.

1) Header & Banner section:

Header and banner are most crucial part of a the store design because that's the first thing a visitor sees. E-commerce websites bounce rate differs in average from 20% to 45%. Meaning, many users give the judge about an online store in the first few seconds and bounce off.

  • Since there isn't much menu items, you can use a narrow header by moving header elements to one line to make banner stand out.
  • Banner size looks good on mobile, however on desktop it becomes too wide especially on large screens; making half of the banner hidden on first load and making it harder to scroll to the content. You can set a maximum height to prevent it happening.
  • You should include a CTA button to your header, possibly directing to the SALE page. Also CTA button should be colored instead of a text as it grabs attention. Also, It's much better to use HTML for banner text regarding accessibility & SEO and serving banner content with subtle entry animation is always helpful.

  • Alternatively, as the banner image allows it, you can have a transparent menu and change it once the user scrolls. It'll allow you to serve banner image with full height and make a more appealing header. An example:

2) Products & Sale:

  • Some products has lifestyle images and some has product only images. Try to include lifestyle and product only images to as many products; especially for products in featured collections to keep the integrity of design:

  • You offer free shipping on orders above $50 however that should also be notified on the cart so that all the customers know about the deal make sure they reach $50 to get free shipping. You can use a discount progress bar like:

3) Email marketing:

  • I'd suggest you to collect customer emails and implement email marketing strategy. Return rate of email marketing is much higher than ads and so it'll help a lot to collect emails and build a customer base.
  • You can provide discount codes for first customers and place the section above the footer like:
    ErayBarslan_4-1684224254664.png

4) Page speed optimization:

  • Your page speed score is doing alright for now but there is room for improvement. As you add content and apps it may slow down your website. Page speed audit:
    ErayBarslan_5-1684224735446.png
  • It's possible to improve this average score of 56 to 70-80 with little optimizations. You can refer to my feedback on how to optimize the page speed for another store. Same points apply to your store as well: Optimize page speed

I hope these help and good luck! Feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance.

Hey JadedOnes,
This is Namit from One Day Design.

Adding some more recommendations that I do not see in other comments:

1) Homepage
- Add Social Proof higher on the page: This plays into the psychology of potential buyers. It helps your visitors trust you more.
- Your Headline - "Grand Re-opening Sale" - This could be more user-centric and benefit-focused. I suggest replacing this with a product benefit - "Wear your emotions on your sleeve" or something about self-expression.
- CTA (Mentioned in other comments)
- Shop Pay Banner: Multiple studies have stated that customers ignore banners that look like advertisements. This banner takes away from your brand and wastes real estate. You should use it to showcase your flagship product or highlight the benefits

Happy to do a complete CRO teardown of your website as well! Let me know 🙂
