Hi @Paige3man

While it's great that you've got a website up and have listed all your products, you're going to need to go further than that. You need to develop an understanding of the customer's journey, from the moment they are first aware of your brand through to the point they're buying your product.

What kind of content and messaging are you putting out into the world to build brand awareness? Where are you putting your content? What social media channels or alternative methods are you using?

Once you've made them aware of your brand, how are you going to engage your audience? What blog posts or videos or graphics are you going to create that register with your audience and draw them to your site?

When they're on your website, how are you going to help them trust you? What Buyer Trust Indicators are you going to include on your store?

This is part of a broader combination of marketing strategy and content strategy?

Here are a few quick suggestions based on best practices for e-commerce websites:

  1. Product presentation: Consider enhancing product descriptions, images and videos to better showcase the products and make it easier for customers to make informed purchasing decisions.

  2. Navigation: Make sure your website has a clear and easy to use navigation, so customers can quickly find what they're looking for.

  3. Checkout experience: Make sure the checkout process is smooth and easy to follow, with clear payment options and minimal steps.

  4. Mobile optimization: Make sure your website is optimized for mobile devices, as more and more customers are shopping on their smartphones.

  5. Trust signals: Consider adding trust signals such as customer reviews, money-back guarantees, or security badges to increase trust in your brand and help with conversions.

Let me know if there is anything specific you would like feedback on and I'll do my best to assist you!

Hi @Paige3man

This is Victor from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App. After looking into your store, I have some comments below and hope that you can consider them to improve your site.

HOMEPAGE

1. Add favicon to your homage

Favicon will help your visitors locate a web page more easily. It also plays an important role in conveying trust about your brand.

2. Add testimonial - customer reviews

  • Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.
  • Reviews are crucial when it comes to shopping online.
  • You can check this image for reference:

PRODUCT PAGE

1. Style Product Price to Be Highly Visible

Without a clear price, users cannot evaluate a critical aspect of the product. You should place the product price in the “Buy” section and increase its visibility by using a large font size (similar in size to the product headline), bold text style, or eye-catching color.

2. Include both User rating average and number of ratings

Many users rely on ratings and reviews to select products and displaying them right on each product in the first place can quickly build your credibility. For example:

3. Product media is not aligned together

To make the product list look aligned, you should set the product title and product price to stay in the same line

MOBILE OPTIMIZATION

Don't forget to check the responsiveness on mobile before publishing your page. The product list on mobile looks not aligned. You should set all the images in the same size to make them more beautiful

Furthermore, for the upcoming Valentine's Day, will you run any campaigns? Here are some promotion ideas for your campaigns, I hope they will be useful for you.

1. Personalize Your Offer for Valentine's Day

Gift-giving is almost like a ritual on Valentine’s day. You can make the most out of it by offering products around Valentine's theme.

  • If you already have products that people buy on Valentine’s Day, give them a little touch of love. It doesn’t matter if you’re selling a digital or a physical product.
  • If you don’t have a physical product, you can still curate special Valentine's Day offers around your services that can be used on Valentine’s Day like “two for one” or “buy one, get one” deals.

2. Mention Your Delivery Time & Rates Clearly

Delivery time is one of those things that can make or break your business. And if it’s some holiday, buyers take the delivery dates too seriously. To convert these visitors into potential buyers, mention your delivery dates clearly across your website, app, and emails. Also, specify the last date to place an order to reach on time.

3. Create Gift Guides

As mentioned earlier, Valentine’s Day is the season of gift-giving. But, when it comes to finding a perfect gift, people have what’s called a perpetual dilemma.

You can do this by making Valentine's day gift guide. Break the guide into sections based on gender, interests, or personality traits like this:

  • By Category: Valentine’s Day gifts for her/him, couples, teenagers
  • By Price Range: Best Valentine’s Day gift under $25, $50, $100
  • By Interest: Gift ideas for art lovers, dog lovers, and foodies

Hope my suggestions will help you improve your store and increase your sale.

Warmest regards,

Victor | PageFly
