Hi.

Looking for honest feedback on our website.
We have had it for a long time but am still finding it very hard to convert to more sales.

We are in a tough industry with lots of big competitors.  Just trying to get a small piece of it.

Thank you for any honest direction that can be given!

Hi @Vivian_Hung

You've built a fantastic store and your products are clearly top shelf. However, because of the premium price tags on our products, you will need to think carefully about who your target market is and how you're going to entice them to visit and purchase from your store.

It's a particular demographic that can afford interior luxuries like yours in these difficult times, so you need to define and communicate appropriately with your target audience. Do you do a lot of in-person marketing? What is your marketing strategy?

Considering that people with the right income may fall into the higher age brackets, you may want to think about which social media that demographic is using. Top-tier brands are embracing social media more and more, and for good reason - as sales online are projected to only increase in the coming years.

Hi @Vivian_Hung,

I have reviewed your store and overall it presents a clear and concise layout, making it easy for customers to navigate and find the products they are looking for.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the customer experience and increase conversions.

First, I recommend considering adding testimonials about your store or service in general if a product has no reviews. This can provide social proof for potential customers and help build trust in your brand. You can consider adding customer feedback, client testimonials or even reviews from industry experts.

Second, I recommend making your contact details more prominent on your product pages. Currently, they are only available in the footer, which may not be immediately visible to all customers. Adding a contact section or phone number to the header or product pages can make it easier for customers to reach out to you with any questions they may have.

Lastly, the "Add to cart" button text is not visible on hover. It is important to make sure that all elements of the button, including the text, are visible when customers hover over it.

Kind regards

Hi @Vivian_Hung,

your online shop looks great, as Tobias said, put your contact details in a more prominent place. You WANT people to reach out to you, you WANT them to talk to you, so you can build customer relationships and so you can improve your product.

Do you keep an eye on how your competitors are priced? Especially when starting out with building a brand, it would be best if you are either...

a) cheaper than the competition

b) provide way higher quality and have proof of that

c) provide way better, more excellent service

You should decide what you want to focus on, in which area you want to be better than the others.

Regarding reviews, I would implement Google Reviews or Trustpilot.

Regards,

Moritz
