Hi Shopify Community! I would love to get your feedback on my online store. We are currently lacking sales and not getting any real traction. Any constructive feedback would be greatly appreciated. The store is called: ruffdays.store

Your store looks amazing! Congrats! I really like it.
I would suggest you adding some more details in the 'About us' page. I also saw that you are not very active on your social media, and you know that during the holiday season this plays a major role. I think it would be good to shout out your special deals on socials, as well as through newsletters. That will definitely help you boost your sales.
SEO optimization is another important thing that you should pay attention to. You can try some tools like Semrush or Ahrefs that will help you improve your site performance.
Another thing that is a must is adding a GDPR app. I saw that you have Do Not Sell My Personal Information link in the footer, but didn't notice any cookie bar when I first landed on your store. I think it would be good to have it, as these days it is important to manage your customers' personal data properly.

Congratulations on your store, it looks fantastic and the pictures of doggies are so cute. I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions that will help increase your conversion rate:
1. Social media plugin Other than testimonials, if you already have a strong social media presence, displaying that on your homepage can help provide additional social proof.
2. Call to action button. Add an add-to-cart button or any call-to-action button underneath each product.
3. Adding a blog. This will help a lot with SEO and drawing in the right audience. You can try talking about pet stories, tips on choosing harness/leash, pet health etc. Any topics your target audience might be interested in!
4. Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) Ask where your converting customers are coming from. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them returning. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.
