I have a store that I’ve slowly built over time. I would to get your feedback on the UX experience, look and what I can do to improve it.

Hi @shanedennisc. Thank your for dropping your store URL. I'm Thomas and I've been able to take a look at your store page. So here's what I think;
Personally, I love the brand design and I think Cowells is the perfect name for a beard products company. You've done really good with designing the store page over time but I feel there's room for improvements, here are some things I noticed:
1. No Favicon: The Favicon is the image displayed at the top of every browser window that opens your website. It's not really necessary but I feel it'll add quality to the brand.
2. Customization arrangement and Images: I love the part where you displayed images of your supporters on Instagram but I feel like you could definitely do better by arranging each customization option on the store page. For a example, you could start with A display of your Collections, followed by a display of new products, then a mission statement (What your brand is all about and why you started it) then a brief description of each product (4 products is enough).
In summary, proper arrangement would definitely make the site look a lot better. There's a little more but I would love to hear what you have to say.

There seems to be too many link in your header, you could shorten bundles and discounts to bundles or just add them to options when they purchase. about us and contact us could be in the footer.
There is no best seller options or gift hampers or gift cards, this might help you bring in more options. You are slaying in Youtube shorts and that you should be able to post your reels as tik toks and drive more traffic, short form content is the way to go now and you could probably start sourcing UGC for your brand.
The bundles and the subscription option I would build the bundles and the subscriptions and I would then put the terms and conditions into the blurb as a link. That means that you can also limit shipping on your subscriptions to Australia using this https://community.shopify.com/c/payments-shipping-and/restrict-shipping-on-only-certain-products/td-...

You have a beautiful website. I believe a few adjustments may be required to make it more professional and appealing to customers.

Header:
1.Favicon missing.
2.Wishlist missing.
3. Social media Icon missing.

Homepage: (First Impression is the last impression)
The homepage is the first landing page your customers will see after opening the website. Yours is done beautifully.
1. Feature products on the home page can be aligned in the center.
2.Featured Products / all Titles should be Optimized and Seo Friendly.
3.Add sticky add to cart button on home page collection features.
4. Add a Lead magnet section on the Home Page.
Collection and Product Page:
- Add Sticky add to Cart and Buy now Button for quick checkout.
- Add Trust Badges below add to cart or Buy now Button.
- Add Products Bages like New, 10% Off, You Save 20$ or Free Shipping
- Add Mouseover on 2nd image Features
