Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi, seeking some feedback on our site. We're getting some great engagement through social channels, but just not converting once landing on the site.

Hi there, @Emma50!
We've got some ideas on conversion rate optimisation strategies you can check out here on our blog.
Maybe think about using a call to action to get your visitors to engage with your site to increase the likelihood of them converting into customers.
Just as a personal point of view, when viewing a product the add to cart button is a little hard to make out against the white background.
I can see that this colouration is in keeping with the tone of the store, just something to bear in mind from a user experience point of view.
Have a look at the process a customer would go through when landing on your site, maybe have some of your friends test it out and see if it intuitively leads a customer to eventually check out with your products!

Hello @Emma50,
This is Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
I've taken a look at your store. I've some suggestions to increase the conversion rate.
1. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
2. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
3. Add CTA button like Shop Now, Buy Now in the Home page header banner or slideshow
The Call To Action(CTA) is a key element on a webpage, acting as a signpost that lets the user know what to do next. Without a clear CTA, the user may not know the next steps to take to purchase a product or sign up for a newsletter and is likely to leave the site without accomplishing their task.
4. Add Contact Us page for better customer interaction and add the Contact Us menu in the header and footer.
5. Consistently add blogs to your store. Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.
6. Remove Powered by Shopify from the footer and add your own branding to your store footer.
7. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
