Hello everybody, currently my store has had 2,276 sessions with a conversion rate of 0.04% (1 order) in the last 30 days. I would love for the eye of someone with more experience than me to check out my site (especially on mobile as most are on mobile). It would also be a bonus to review my Instagram

1. Adjust your store's favicon
Having a favicon for your store will make it unique and help customers easily recognize it. You have already set it up but the loge/ text is so small. When my browser is in dark mode, I can't see it. Please consider using another image/ icon for it.
2. Improve your Product media (image/gif/video)
By providing multiple product images, including those that show the item in a realistic setting, you can help customers make more informed purchasing decisions. Seeing your product in context allows them to better visualize its size and how it will fit into their lives.
You can consider adding videos or GIFs that can bring your product to life and make it more appealing, ultimately driving sales.
3. Improve your Product description
Give your customers the lowdown on your product before you ask them to buy! By sharing key details like size, colors, design/model, material, and orignal, you're not just informing them - you're building trust. Plus, adding this info to your product descriptions can help your website rank higher in search results, bringing in even more potential customers.
4. Improve your Filter
I'm finding that your filter is a bit limiting. Right now, I can only choose one feature to filter by, such as car type or color. It would be really helpful if I could select multiple features at once.
This would allow me to narrow down merchants' searches more effectively and make their shopping experience more enjoyable.
5. Add more content on your homepage
Besides building attractive and powerful pages, you should spend time focusing on marketing strategies too. Let me know if you have any questions.

I’ve just reviewed your store, and I think you’ve done a great job with the UX/UI. It’s clean, modern, and has all the essential functions for an online store. Your branding is solid too.
That said, I believe the issue with your low conversion rate might be from two main factors:
1. Review your traffic sources
Where are your visitors coming from? Are they your target audience, ready to make a purchase, or are they landing on your site for other reasons (e.g., from a blog post)? Make sure your marketing tactics are attracting the right audience.
2. Review your product offering
Your site looks great, the branding is strong, and the product seems good. However, if sales are still low, the issue could lie in your pricing. How do your prices compare to competitors offering similar products? If they offer the same quality at a more reasonable price, consider adjusting yours and see how customers respond.
3. Analyze your site behavior
We can’t pinpoint the exact cause of your low conversion rate without solid data. All of these are just assumptions. Install heatmap and video recording tools on your site to validate these assumptions and get a clearer idea of what's actually happening. You can check out Microsoft Clarity as it is totally free.
