Feedback for your online store from the community
My store is highheelsformen.shop. I haven't gotten any sales(despite having an established audience of 4k YoutTube subs and blog with thousands of organic traffic).
None of the apps have helped my site speed either, and no Shopify capital offers(even though I received a business card).
Feedback and capital resources information would be appreciated!
I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing with your online store, highheelsformen.shop. It's great that you have an established audience on YouTube and a blog with significant organic traffic, but it's clear there are some issues that need addressing to convert this into sales. Here are some suggestions and resources that might help:
Website Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Crazy Egg to understand how visitors are interacting with your site. Look for where they drop off, how long they stay on each page, and which pages are most visited.
Customer Feedback: Directly ask your audience (via YouTube, blog, or email survey) what they think about your website and products. This can provide valuable insights into potential issues or missing elements.
Competitor Analysis: Look at competitors who are successful in your niche. Analyze their website, marketing strategies, and customer reviews to understand what they are doing differently.
Website Speed: Slow websites can significantly impact sales. Use tools like Google PageSpeed Insights to identify specific issues. Sometimes, reducing image sizes, minimizing JavaScript, and using a content delivery network (CDN) can help.
Mobile Optimization: Ensure your website is fully optimized for mobile users, as a significant portion of online shopping is done via mobile devices.
User-Friendly Design: Simplify navigation, ensure your call-to-action buttons are prominent, and have a clear, easy-to-use checkout process.
SEO Optimization: Make sure your website is optimized for search engines to attract more organic traffic.
Leverage Your YouTube Channel: Create content that showcases your products, customer testimonials, and styling tips. Use YouTube to direct viewers to your website.
Email Marketing: If you have an email list, use it to send out newsletters, promotions, and personalized recommendations.
Social Media Presence: Besides YouTube, use platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, or Facebook to promote your products, especially if your target audience is active there.
Influencer Collaborations: Partner with influencers in your niche to reach a wider audience.
Shopify Capital: If you're not receiving offers from Shopify Capital, it might be due to low sales or other risk factors they consider. Improving your sales and website performance might make your business more attractive for such funding.
Alternative Funding Sources: Look into small business loans, crowdfunding platforms, or angel investors who might be interested in your niche market.
Grants and Competitions: Some organizations offer grants or host competitions for small businesses or unique business ideas.
Remember, turning a business around takes time and persistence. Keep experimenting with different strategies and stay engaged with your audience to find what works best for your unique market.
Hi @HeHeels,
This is Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder App.
When I visit your store, I must say, I love your store’s design and products. Based on my extensive knowledge in CRO, I recommend the following suggestions to improve your conversion rates:
1. Check direct link for announcement bar
I recommend adjusting the link for 'Free Shipping' on your site. Currently, it redirects to the submit form page, which might be confusing for customers. For better alignment with your content and to enhance user experience, consider directing this link to your product page or collection page instead. This change could significantly improve navigation and potentially increase your conversion rates.
2. Adjust product details section
3. Add “Add to cart” button on product list
By including an "Add to Cart" button directly on the product list, you eliminate this unnecessary step and allow customers to seamlessly add items to their carts without leaving the current page.
Here's an example drawn from our template:
4. Add more information on footer
A well-designed store footer serves as a valuable resource for customers, providing easy access to critical information and enhancing the overall user experience. By incorporating essential elements like a Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Terms of Condition, and an FAQ section, you can build trust, improve navigation, and minimize customer support inquiries.
5. Prepare for Christmas campaign
Boost your holiday sales with specially crafted strategies for Christmas:
Heading: High-Heel Haven: Unleash Style and Savings
Paraphrase: Embrace the epitome of elegance and sophistication with our irresistible high-heel flash deals. Indulge in a fashion extravaganza without breaking the bank!
Button: Shop High-Heels Now
Keywords: High-heels, flash deals, limited-time offers, special discounts, incredible savings, exclusive offers, captivating high-heels, timeless stilettos, trendy platforms, elevate style, boost confidence
I hope my suggestions will provide you with valuable insights.
Wishing you continued success,
Kate - PageFly Team

Hi HeHeels,
This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App.
First of all, I love your niche! My friends here in Tokyo often had such a hard time finding heels their size and at a reasonable price! I also love the fact that you already have a robust YouTube channel and blog to send organic traffic.
Here are some suggestions for your store that might help:
1. Linking socials. If you already have an IG account, linking the feed to your site might help give it additional social credibility.
2. Influencer Collab. Your product can be pretty dynamically displayed if you can find influencers who are willing to strut down a catwalk for you. I know other shop owner who sends products to micro-influencers in exchange for content & exposure.
3. Call to action button. Add an add-to-cart button or any call-to-action button underneath each product.
4. Adding a blog. You did mention you have a blog, but the link is somehow not on this site?
5. Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) When you have some converting customers, ask them how they found out about your shop. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.
Hope this helps!
