Hi @GrozavuShop
This is Garcia from PageFly - the Shopify Advanced Page Builder app. I understand that experiencing slow traffic and sales can be frustrating.
From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you some suggestions for your store:
1. Have the About Us section on the header
This section helps customers have an overview of the store also one way to impress customers.
It often includes some main parts as:
2. Reduce the number of products displayed on the homepage
Currently, your homepage displays large quantities of products. Too much information and images from many different types of products can make it difficult for customers to observe and visualize the main products of the store, reducing customer experience.
=> You should choose 3 to 4 main collections to display as a collection list. For example, your store should display 4 collections: Accessories, Men Style, Women Style, and Lovely Kid.
Besides that, you can display a product list of one collection. Remember that you should limit the number of product quantities to help you have more space for a big image with high resolution. In case you want to display more, you should slide show or load more effects.
3. Ensure consistency of product images
You should have product images with the same background on the same page display. For example, you can use a white or grey background for the product image. It helps your overall store look more uniform, professional, and beautiful.
4. Use the hover effect for your product image
With the hover effect, you should have 2 images for each product. One image of your product on a simple background as white or grey above but just your product. The second image will be an image using the product it makes more realistic. The image will automatically change to the second image when the viewer hovers on.
5. Synchronize the Christmas template for your store
Christmas is coming. It is great that you have applied the Christmas element to your store. Currently, your store hasn’t a connection between each other's elements. Some elements above should be changed to a Christmas template with a red or green color for Christmas. Helps your store look more attractive.
I hope you find these suggestions helpful in optimizing your website's conversion rate and improving your sales. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. I wish you the best of luck with your online venture.
Cheers,
Garcia

Hi GrozavuShop,
This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App.
I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions that will help:
Design feedback:
1. My first impression of your store is that it's a bit overwhelming. While I understand where the layout inspiration might come from, I think that layouts that work for bigger successful brands might not be suitable for smaller businesses that are just starting.
2. I would suggest cleaning out the layout to make it more product-centric. https://smglobalshop.com/ This is an example of a clean, but still stylish layout.
3. Another suggestion would be to make your home page shorter. Just enough layout and product makes things less confusing for the consumer.
In addition, here are some suggestions to help with sales and conversion:
1. Testimonials. Showcasing a few testimonials on your home page -- whether from online customers or family/friends, helps promote more consumer trust and confidence.
2. Call to action button. Add an add-to-cart button or any call-to-action button underneath each product.
3. Adding a blog. Adding blog posts about the lastest fashion trends, cloth pairing, or what's new would help draw the right audience searching for the relevant keywords.
4. Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) Ask where your converting customers are coming from. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.
Hope this helps!
