Hello everyone, I've just launched my mother-baby store and have started running some ads on Facebook and Instagram. I've only tried for 3-4 days, and the most clicks I've got was about 60. I've got one transaction and one abandoned cart (also sent an automated follow up with a code) but haven't had further traction since. I've added new products and personalised the descriptions and added videos (with my own baby boy too). Would love to hear what more I could be doing. Here's the link: https://joyous-minds.com

I am Garcia from the Shopify Advanced Page Builder App PageFly. Although I think your business is beautiful, I have some comments for your collection page. Based on my CRO knowledge, I'd like to recommend the following to you:
1. Verify and resize the Hero section.
When first visiting your homepage, customers will have to scroll down to view the Hero section's content. You can try resizing the Hero banner to make it clear when the customer visits the Homepage.
The hero banner makes a lasting impression on visitors when they visit your website for the first time. If customers don't know what you sell, they will leave your store.
2. Add a CTA button to the Featured Product Collection on Homepage
It's beneficial that you do have a section for your top sellers. The CTA button is crucial for converting your customers, though. Users could find it difficult to understand how to purchase a product or join up for a service without clear CTAs.
3. Draw attention to the "Add to Cart" button
The "Add to Cart" button is not highlighted right now. You can try to add color, hover, etc to your button and button text to make it more outstanding.
Users who visit a product details page are presented with a variety of items competing for their attention, including product photos, descriptions, cross-sells, and banners. Confusion and irritation can result if the main "Add to Cart" button is missed in this sea of information.
4. Take advantage of the holiday season.
In addition to the suggestions you've previously used, consider the following proactive steps to ensure you're well equipped to boost conversions for upcoming marketing campaigns, such as BFCM seasons (Black Friday - Cyber Monday), Halloween…:
Additionally, since more people will be searching for these keywords over the holiday season, your store's SEO may benefit greatly from the holiday campaign.
You should pay attention to every part of your store because CRO suggests that seemingly unimportant factors can have a big influence.
And those are my opinions. I hope it increases your conversion rate.
