How can I increase traffic and sales on my website without spending money?

I've been creating content on SMPs but they never go viral that much, still stuck under less than a 100 visitors a day on my website. I did start a Facebook paid ad, but no sales from that yet. My website is ecodifier.com. How can I reach more people? Are paid ads the only way? Isn't there a costless way to reach out to more people and get more traffic and sales? I didn't even get my first sale yet. I also don't have current funds available to hire any expert for marketing. Can someone help?
