"I am in the process of launching my online store, but I am looking for an expert's opinion to ensure that it is as professional and optimized for selling as possible. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my store at the following URL: https://dukkanstoreu.com/ and provide me with detailed recommendations on how to improve the overall design, navigation, product presentation, trust and credibility, and mobile optimization of the website. I am new to this and any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and expertise."

Hi @dukanstore,

Your store is generally well-done for a beginner.

But take note of this product picture which has points wrinkled.

A professional pic wld have it straightened.

When you are ready can try out one of these Apps:

Search results for "google shopping feed" – Ecommerce Plugins for Online Stores – Shopify App Store

Don't worry your catalog is small for now. As long as your website is well-setup and high quality you will have sale. The Japanese are very good at this.

Hey @dukanstore,

Here are some suggestions for your store:

First, I noticed that the size chart is showing a shirt, but the products being sold on your store are T-shirts. It's important to ensure that the size chart is accurate and corresponds with the product being sold in order to avoid confusion and potential returns.

Second, I recommend revisiting the header navigation and consider showing deeper links like "Best sellers", "Customizable T-Shirts", and "All T-Shirts" instead of simply "Catalog". This can help customers quickly navigate to the products they are looking for.

Lastly, I noticed that the filter options in your collections are overkill because of the limited product range. Having too many filter options can be overwhelming for customers and may detract from the user experience. It's important to keep filter options simple and relevant to the products being sold.

Kind regards

Thank you for your feedback Tobias, what do you mean by filters? Like the choosing options? or the number of collections we have?

Hi! 27,58€ for an all-black or an all-white tshirt? Why would someone pay that much to an unknown store? Here in Germany you get such a tshirt for 8-10€. I'm not sure why someone would pay you that much for it. If there are reasons, they should be easily seen by the visitor (I can't see any).

As for trust, integrate Google Ratings or Trustpilot or something. Maybe offer free shipping and free returns, if you want to be bold.

Communicate with the visitors by using a Live Chat support service. (not some kind of Chatbot!)

If I helped you, please consider getting in touch with me for a 10 minute interview. I'm looking to build software that helps online shops. Me and my two team members would like to talk to you to find a good problem to tackle with software.

Hello Nearmint, you missed that the "all black" or "all white" t-shirts are actually customizable. I don't know how you missed it, but you did.

We already have free returns and free shipping if you buy more than 1 shirt.

The only semi-good advice you gave was the live chat which is very obvious and we haven't decided yet if we will do it with WhatsApp or messenger.

But anywho, thanks for the feedback.

Ahh, yes now I found the "Upload Image" part. Sorry about that. But if I missed that, there will probably be other people who miss that as well. I'm not sure if that would help, but here are some options:

- Before someone uploads an image, show a much lower price

- Maybe you could place "Upload Image" right under the product's title, as it's the single most important option.

- Another interesting thing you could do: Show past designs that others bought. That would give your shop a refreshing dynamic

Please also note that good live chat support apps have more capabilities than a simple WhatsApp button: I particularly like custom eye catchers such as the one below (with livechat.com you can upload any image as an eye catcher and it will be shown above your live chat button):
