Hi @Shavorn ,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. This is MooseDesk - All-in-one Shopify Ticketing System App.
Overall, I think your page looks really great in term of designs and I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some recommendations to make it become a high-converting page.
1. About Home Page:
While navigating through multiple browser tabs, a recognizable favicon can significantly improve user experience by helping them quickly identify and locate your site. Therefore, I recommend you should incorporate a favicon to enhance navigation efficiency.
The hero section serves as a prime opportunity to enhance user engagement and prompt action. You should consider adding a clear Call-to-Action (CTA) button, for example, "Shop Now" or "Buy Now," to direct users toward key areas such as product collections or promotional offers. Consider this example below:
Encouraging user interaction within your blog post section can foster deeper customer engagement. Currently, I didn't see your content in your CTA button, so you might consider adding a "Read more" or "Explore more" to the CTA button to encourage users to explore additional content, enriching their overall experience on our site.
Building trust and credibility is essential to the online store. Introducing a dedicated testimonial section where customers can share their feedback and experiences can instill confidence in potential buyers and encourage them to make a purchase. Look at this example below:
The typical footer section often contains information that improves a website's usability. Firstly, I recommend adding a newsletter sign-up form to capture user information and nurture ongoing relationships through targeted email marketing campaigns. Secondly, while your mission is undoubtedly important, it would be more suitable to relocate your mission statement to another section on your homepage.
2. Product Page:
I recommend you should enhance your product descriptions to include more detailed information about ingredients and nutritional value, which will empower customers to understand each product's unique attributes, fostering confidence and trust in their purchase. Take a look at this example below:
I see your add-to-cart button does not include the cart icon. You might consider creating a cart icon to encourage impulse purchases and streamline the user experience. It also enhances customer satisfaction by clearly indicating which products have been successfully added to the cart.
3. Support
So a very important in creating great user/customer experience is designing a place where customers can easily ask about your product or feedback their experience.
Currently your store has not had such thing and it might be a pain point in shopping online cause there's nowhere to ask and receiver answer.
If you want to find a FREE option for that, MooseDesk is a good choice. It's a customer service app/ticketing system that could help you do all the things I have suggested above.

Hello,
I'm Garcia, a CRO expert from PageFly, a Shopify Advanced Page Builder App. I love your products
1. Add call to action text for button
It's generally recommended to add call-to-action (CTA) text for buttons. CTA text serves the purpose of guiding users on what action to take next, which can significantly improve user engagement and conversion rates.
2. Consider changing the CTA button color and sale badge
Altering the color of your CTA button and sale badge can create contrast against the background or surrounding elements, making them stand out more effectively. This contrast can help users quickly identify and understand their significance.
I made an example here:
3. Highlight brand features
Brand features help distinguish your brand from competitors. By highlighting unique aspects such as nutrients in sea moss, and how you use it in daily life , you will set your brand apart in the market.
The dynamic layout will assist you in highlighting that information
4. Reduce the product description content
While providing detailed product descriptions is beneficial, overwhelming buyers with too much information can lead to a negative experience. I recommend using drop-down accordion elements to conserve space and allow users to access additional details as needed.
5. Add shoppable Instagram feed
With a shoppable Instagram feed, you can tag products directly in your Instagram posts. This allows users to click on the tagged products and be redirected to the corresponding product pages on your website, streamlining the purchasing process and potentially leading to more sales.
Hope it helps you to boost the conversion.
Cheers,
Garcia
