My visa card has been hacked and used to pay shopify fee. I tried to contact human support but failed.
First they need me to open trial store. Then the robot chat support constantly told me to select a store to connect with Support advisor but I don't know where that "select a store" is!
Please help me remove my visa from your platform! That's the card I use to pay many subscription and ad spend so I can't close it!

Contact your Credit Card Issuer/Provider to block the card immediately if it is hacked so that it can't be misused by hacker.
it's only used to pay shopify fee for few months now. The card is important, I use for FB ads too. So I don't want to close it.

Thank you very much for your help! My card was removed, and the account associated with it was closed.
Ivy can you please help me. I can’t access my recovery or authentication codes and can’t log in. Every time i try to go to live support on shopify it just gives me a bot that has done everything but help me. I tried to press forget my password, but then it ends up asking me again for authentication or recovery code. Please, is there another way besides trying to contact shopify through live support? Because they don’t communicate well there
