How can I recover money from a fraudulent online store?

I made an order from the shop (zeenazshops.myshopify.com after the payment when I am trying to contact them for the delivery then it shows that the site doesn't exist and the email id (zeenazshop@gmail.com) provided by store is not exist..

Now I want my money back...

I understand that you've made an order from zeenazshops.myshopify.com and their website wasn't available when you tried to contact them about the delivery status. While we're unable to unable to share information in general about a particular store for privacy reasons, some merchants may pause their store to perform updates or other related tasks. Since you're unable to contact them through the website at this time, then did you try emailing them by replying to the order confirmation email?

If the email (zeenazshop@gmail.com) was the one associated with the order confirmation and it doesn't exist anymore, then you can also check to see if have a social media presence that allows you to contact them. However, if you don't receive your order within 30 days and believe that the store is fraudulent, then please report an issue with a merchant as Shopify takes fraud very seriously and we conduct store reviews on a regular basis. That said, we'd also recommend getting in touch with your bank or credit card provider and notifying them of your transaction so they can assist you with recovering your funds.

Thanks for the reply..I tried the shop with there email id which is mentioned in the shop but the email id is also not working.They don't have other social media handles.For your information I saw many similar ads with similar email id like (zeenazshops12@gmail.com) on my YouTube and I am sure that this is the same person or group who is doing fraud..Plz I am requesting you to take a strict action against such people or group.they are not doing fraud with other but harming the reputation of Shopify too.please provide me a proper email id of Shopify to complaint..

We do have some security systems in place to detect fraudulent stores. However, if there's any that we've missed, then please report the store here and our teams can review the store.
