Hey, @STARWELL1
Happy to look into this for you. What is the average session time of your visits during this period of 84% bounce rate. Was your bounce rate previously lower during another period or has it been this number for quite some time?
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.

Hey @STARWELL1,
The bounce rate you mentioned is huge. But at least you know that it's abnormal, which is appreciatable.
As asked by Dirk, did your bounce rate drop suddenly, or has it been like this from the beginning?
Also, are you analyzing your website's performance using any tools? If so, consider comparing the highest ones with the ones which are low to identify patterns or common issues. You should also consider using Smartlook or Hotjar to understand user behaviour on your website.
Another thing that you should take a look at is your page speed. This is by far the most common reason behind a high bounce rate. Make sure your images are compressed properly; you've caching enabled, don't have unnecessary plugins on the site, etc.
Again, consider identifying issues by running user testing (collecting feedback) or taking the help of an expert to run an audit on the site.
Another important thing is to make sure you're delivering the right content. Meaning, if you bring traffic to the website through an ad that talks about Christmas trees, make sure your page shows and talks about Christmas trees and not ribbons, not lights for the tree. Well, you may upsell them later, but make sure your website keeps the promise and maintains the consistency of your ad campaigns.
eCommerce experience is based on endless scrolling; make sure to have good navigation and deliver relevant content. And you'll do alright.
Let me know if there's anything specific that I can help you with.
Best,
Aar Rafi.
