Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi everyone, we recently launched our first ever online store. We are wondering if some of you could please give us some feedback about how we could improve the look of our store before we add more products. Provide us with tips to attract more online traffic. Also, Do you know if Shopify provides store reviews and tips to link stores to Facebook, pinterest, etc. to increase sales. Thank you very much for your time from Eurofabs2000.com.

Great work on your store so far!
One thing that you should focus on now is giving some personal touches to your store.
First of all, I noticed that you currently don't have a store logo.
The logo is important as it's what helps customers remember your store and brand.
If you like, you can create one using our free Shopify Logo Maker here and add it to your store.
Another thing I noticed you're missing is a favicon.
If you're unfamiliar with what a favicon is, it's the icon that you can see in the tab where you open your store, like this:
As you can see from the screenshot above, the EuroFabs store is missing an icon there.
This favicon would be the same as your logo, and I have a guide on how you can add it here.
Lastly, I noticed that at the very bottom of the page you still have Powered by Shopify.
To add to the professional look of your store, you could go ahead and remove the Powered by Shopify by following these steps here.

Your home screen looks very nice! With some additional improvement, I am sure your store will be up and running in no time 🙂 I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions that will help increase conversion rate:
1. Testimonials. Showcasing a few testimonials on your home page -- whether from online customers or family/friends, helps promote more consumer trust and confidence.
2. Revamping detail pictures. Your product picture seems casually taken with a phone. While I understand you are selling used fashion, I would suggest taking the picture on a pure background with good natural light. You can also try to use background erase apps on the phone to create a more unified background
3. Call to action button. Add an add-to-cart button or any call-to-action button underneath each product.
4. Adding a blog. Talk about why you started this business and also tips about finding pre-loved goods, sustainability etc. The blog can help attract the right audience to your site and help improve SEO.
5. Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) Ask where your converting customers are coming from. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.

The banner at the top of your website is super important because it's the first thing customers see when they visit. To make it really clear what you're offering within just 5 seconds, try moving the heading and the "Call to Action" (CTA) button up to the middle of the first screen.
Also, having a clear and prominent CTA button on your homepage is crucial for an online store. This button guides customers to the most important action you want them to take. Consider changing the button's color from the current transparent background, as it may not grab their attention effectively.

- To add favicon, you can check this article for more details: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/images/add-favicon
- To simplify the process, you might want to explore the option of using a page builder app like Gempages, PageFly… These apps often offer user-friendly features for customizing hero banner, and many of them provide free plans for you to choose.
