This are some of my findings when checking out your site: 

  • There's too much white space in your page header, you should try to make it thinner header page too big.png
  • When the user is at Home Page, the menu bar shows 2 items selected: Home and Loyalty & Collabs home selected more than 1 item selected.png
  • In mobile version, the hamburger menu is not displayed at the top of the screen when the user scrolls down, that forces the user to scroll all the the way to see the menu menu bar is not present.png
  • In mobile version, the logo is not centered logo not centered.png

6. Add Buy Now button on the product page which will simplify the purchasing process for consumers, improving their customer experience.

1) Stick Header: We already have scroll to top button; Sticky header covers lots of space; its convinience depends theme wise.

2) White Space: We have taken the action on it

3) Hashtags: We have observed post with 3 hashtags performs better than posts with 30 hashtags.

4) Store's address: Are shipments originate from multiple countries subject to proximity, stock availability etc.; having address not feasible.

5) title & description: Its an underworks

6) buy button: it jas been purposefully hidden to allow customers to chose "shipping insurance"

We absolutely love the abundance of photos on your site. It keeps things vibrant and engaging! Why not add a few more in the About Us section? It'll break up the text and keep things interesting.

In the FAQ section, a little padding on the sides could do wonders. It's like giving your content some room to breathe. 1 (1).png

1) About Us Section: We have taken note of it.

2) Padding of Faq: Its managed by Shogun. They don't have flexibility; we will try them collapsible section soon.

3) Newsletter & Gdpr popup. We already have web push enabled. Too many popups can be irritating to viewer.
