I have taken a look at your store and have some feedback for you. If my suggestions are helpful, please let me know by clicking the "like" button on my post.

 

  1. The fixed "World wide shipping" bar at the bottom can be distracting and the information is already included in your header bar.
  2. Improving your header navigation items can be beneficial for customers. Consider adding deeper links to collections to give customers a better understanding of your inventory.
  3. Given that you only sell a small variety of products, you might consider removing filter and sorting options in collections.
  4. The font used for headlines and the "Add to Cart" button may be hard to read, consider changing to a more legible font.
  5. The footer section on desktop looks strange, with the heading "Help!" and no items underneath.
  6. Your About Us page could use some improvement to make it more interesting.
  7. The delivery time of 1-3 weeks may be slow for some customers.
  8. Your collection pages are missing headlines.
  9. In addition to headlines, you may also want to consider adding more content to your collection pages.

Unfortunately, the current banner is not of high quality. This might result in a high bounce rate so please recheck it asap.

 

2. CTA buttons

A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store.

With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, etc.

It’s such a loss when you missed a “Shop all” button on your banner. A CTA button here will urge visitors to make the purchase and it is a great way to optimize your home page.

And, please rest assured that all CTA buttons should have the same styling to boost the conversion rate.

 

3. Add a section about your brand story

A business can stand out with its brand story. A brand story helps customers understand more about your business and also helps your store look more attractive.

 

4. Display one of those products on your homepage with ATC or Buy it now button

This helps increase the visibility of your product to the customers, and they would have more reasons to jump to the cart page.

 

5. Have social proof

I'd highly recommend you showcase Instagram pics as a section on your homepage so people can understand more about what you're selling.

 

6. Recheck footer

You should display your logo here instead.
