How can we increase conversion rate on our site

Hi we have had an online store for about 4 years & have flatlined in sales

we need to increase our conversion rate- currently approx 1.4%- would like to grow it to 3%+

we need help with this, we have tried a few marketing companies, but nothing really helped

Your store is general niche so you will need to broad your ads as much as you can and then optimize it to increase your CR.

You also can increase AOV (Average Order Value) instead of CR by provide Buy more Save more promote.
