How do I align my footer section on the mobile version.

I currently have this and I want the email box to be underneath the information section. The social media icons need to become underneath the email sign-up box. Is there anyone that could help me with this problem?

Just to gather some additional context, could you share your online store URL with us? Would you also be able to share which theme you are using for your online store? As this information will allow us to assist you better.

If you are unsure about which theme is live on your store, you can navigate to the Theme Editor and select the three dots that are appearing towards the top left of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
