How do i know if website "internally" built to be found organically

We sell wet wipes and our most recent website receives very little organic traffic. Also, it does not show up on the Google search (first page) even with keywords such as the brand name. We made a few articles, created attractive images and translated into German. https://myricobabyeurope.com/

How do I test it out, whether I' submitted a Google site map wrong, SEO or something else that I'm totally unaware of? I use Ahrefs to track backlinks and words, and it is slowly gathering the crawls but maybe it is too slow? Can someone share an insight?

It looks like you are missing JSON-LD structured data for your products. This data helps Google get more information on the products you are selling. Its not a guarantee that you will start to rank, but sites that contain this information do typically rank much higher than those that do not.

There are a lot of SEO apps in the app store that can easily add this information for you and feed it to google. My app, SEO Manager (https://apps.shopify.com/seo-meta-manager) is one of the apps that does this.
