Greetings!
I have not been able to locate where to submit a technical support ticket directly to the support team. This is a first for me, I find this very strange. Does this platform not have such level of support?
I would like to use a third party host for my email needs. In order to do so, the DKIM security key under domain management has to allow greater than 255 character security key. Unfortunately, Shopify is not supporting that natively. Is there a work around?
If there is no work around, how do I migrate from Shopify to a different host for my website domain? All articles refer to migrating to Shopify but not the other away… very biased.

1.Submit a support ticket through chat on the Shopify website at https://help.shopify.com/en/support/support-type.
2.Contact your third-party email support to inquire about connecting your email with your domain. They will provide steps or Email DNS records to add to your domain DNS for successful connection.
3.If you want to migrate your domain to another hosting provider, then you have just changed the domain DNS setting with another hosting provider.
