Hi @lovescarsiou,

I’m Victor from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App.

I have just taken a quick look at your website and here are some plus points:

  • Have a clear search icon
  • Have a sticky header: This will help customers navigate from every part of the homepage to any page of your store more conveniently.

That being said, here are some suggestions for your store to increase the conversion rate:

1. Have a favicon for your store

This makes your store look unique and professional. You can check this Shopify guide for more details https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/images/add-favicon

2. Choose Tiktok logo without text

This helps increase the uniform of the Tiktok logo with Instagram and Twitter logos and it makes your store outlook more professional.

3. CTA buttons

A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store.

With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, etc.

It’s great when you placed a “Shop all” button on your banner. A CTA button here will urge visitors to make the purchase and it is a great way to optimize your home page.

But, please rest assured that all CTA buttons should have the same styling to boost the conversion rate.

Here is an example of an easily overlooked button:

4. Add a section about your brand story

A business can stand out with its brand story. A brand story helps customers understand more about your business and also helps your store look more attractive.

5. Display one of those products on your homepage with ATC or Buy it now button

This helps increase the visibility of your product to the customers, and they would have more reasons to jump to the cart page.

6. Add testimonials - customer reviews

Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.

Currently, you're showing a 3-star rating at the top of your testimonials, which might negatively affect your customers' decisions.

You should recheck this and add a title for this section.

7. Place the signup form on the body page

Having a newsletter on your site, customers can subscribe to their emails to receive product information, any sales campaign, etc from your store.

Above all, I noticed your page speed is 13, here is a proof:

So here are a few things I'd like to suggest you do to improve your page speed:

- Eliminate render-blocking resources

- Remove unused JavaScript

- Remove unused CSS

Furthermore, for the upcoming Valentine's Day, will you run any campaigns? Here are some promotion ideas for your campaigns, I hope they will be useful for you.

1. Personalize Your Offer for Valentine's Day

Gift-giving is almost like a ritual on Valentine’s day. You can make the most out of it by offering products around Valentine's theme.

  • If you already have products that people buy on Valentine’s Day, give them a little touch of love. It doesn’t matter if you’re selling a digital or a physical product.
  • If you don’t have a physical product, you can still curate special Valentine's Day offers around your services that can be used on Valentine’s Day like “two for one” or “buy one, get one” deals.

2. Mention Your Delivery Time & Rates Clearly

Delivery time is one of those things that can make or break your business. And if it’s some holiday, buyers take the delivery dates too seriously. To convert these visitors into potential buyers, mention your delivery dates clearly across your website, app, and emails. Also, specify the last date to place an order to reach on time.

3. Create Gift Guides

As mentioned earlier, Valentine’s Day is the season of gift-giving. But, when it comes to finding a perfect gift, people have what’s called a perpetual dilemma.

You can do this by making Valentine's day gift guide. Break the guide into sections based on gender, interests, or personality traits like this:

  • By Category: Valentine’s Day gifts for her/him, couples, teenagers
  • By Price Range: Best Valentine’s Day gift under $25, $50, $100
  • By Interest: Gift ideas for art lovers, dog lovers, and foodies

And that's my feedback! Hope it helps your business.

Cheers!

Hi @lovescarsiou

Congratulations on setting up your store! You can normally check your site speed from the store admin, here's more information on that and how to improve your site speed.

I had a look through your store and you've done a good job so far, but I have a few suggestions that will really set you up for success:

1. A strong mission is at the heart of any successful business. A purpose. A reason for existing. You can communicate that on your About Us page to entice visitors. At the moment this page looks a little thin and generic. You need to ask yourself what it is new and specific and exciting about the brand that differentiates you from your competition:

So I'm including 21 About Us Pages That Convert—Examples and Templates, and Mission Statement: 17 Unique Examples You Need To See.

2. When I was on your store I noticed you didn't have your favicon set up. This is a really cool feature and it makes the page look a lot more trustworthy and professional. The favicon is the little logo you see in the tabs on your browser.

You can add your own logo to your store in the theme editor by going to Theme settings > Favicon here:

3. What is your content strategy? I've noticed you do not have a blog on your store for example, so how are you raising brand awareness? How are you telling people that you are an authority in your field?
