How does one report a scam Shopify website ?

Dear all,

I am new here and writing to inquire if there are any procedures in place to report a website for online "sustainable" fashion shopping which is scamming its customers. The fact that it has still 60k followers on instagram and people can purchase their products via Shopify is undermining the trustworthiness of Shopify itself and its community.

How do we contact Shopify management to issue them a warning?

Also, their "sustainable" description is completely unjustified as they sell plastic and defective items.

2-Select the Appropriate Category:

3-Provide Detailed Information:

Fill out the form with specific details about the store, including:

• Store name and URL.
• Description of the fraudulent activity.
• Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, correspondence).

4-Submit the Report:

After completing the form, submit it for Shopify's review.
