Kate here from the PageFly Shopify Landing Page Builder App. With my knowledge in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), I'd like to offer some suggestions for further improving your conversion rates and attracting even more customers. Here are a few key areas to consider:
HOMEPAGE
Add Call To Action Button
Your hero section is great with headline text and illustrative video to showcase the products. Yet, it misses the most important thing to boost conversion, which is the Call To Action button. Normally, it is placed right below the description text as in the example below:
Add Star Rating
One of the ways to increase the conversion rate is to win customer’s trust. To achieve this, star rating and reviews can be added to your product list.
For instance, here is how the star rating and reviews can be showcased:
Add Testimonial Section
To increase the trust and conversion rate, you can also add a testimonial section on your homepage. This should display some of the most positive reviews of your customers about the products. Just remember to ask for the customers’ permission for their names and images to be showcased.
PRODUCT PAGE
Insert Star Rating
Similar to the above suggestion, there should be a star rating line inserted right under the product name. You can see the image below for reference:
Optimize The Scroll Feature
I see that you have a quite long product description, which makes shoppers have to scroll down to the bottom to fully read it. Once they finish reading, they need to scroll again up to the top to see product images.
To avoid such inconvenience, I suggest that you fix the product image when shoppers scroll down the product description. You can take the below image as an example:
Running Promotions
Promotions are always a great tactic to boost your conversion rate. As the Mother's Day holiday approaches, why not run a campaign to engage your potential customers and get the actual conversion? Using these tips will guarantee that you utilize the occasion.
Showcase Seasonal Hero Banner
The tip is to select gentle pastel hues like lavender, baby blue, light pink, and mint green. They are Ideal for celebrating Mother's Day, these hues arouse sentiments of warmth, love, and tenderness.
