i have entered my details and my visa details to pick the plan of 29$ for 1 year, but when I press "start plan" it is showing me "contact support". (the visa is fine, I use it almost every day for other byings". Can you help me, please?

Could you confirm that you are using a valid, recognized visa credit card to attempt to pay for your plan?
