Chur just wondering how long my payout will be on hold for, I've uploaded both my bank statements, proof of business and business number, all has my address and my birth certificate, plus my Photo I.D

I understand that you're looking for clarification on how long your payouts will be on hold for.
I would like to advise that merchants who use the Shopify platform undergo this routine review for their Shopify Payments/Payouts. I understand how important this is in resolving this and lifting the hold. Rest assured, our Business Operations Team is actively working together with our banking partners in verifying your Shopify Payments/Payouts account on their end.
You're still able to resume business and this hold does not prevent your customers from accessing the checkout and purchasing products. The team may take up to 1-3 business days to review all details and your account thoroughly, in order to completely verify your account. However, this could take longer depending on the volume of work or if any additional information is required from the team. Therefore, I would request you to keep an eye out for any emails from our team and reply back directly to that email for further clarification. Please be sure to check your inbox, spam folder, junk email, etc.
Again, I truly understand that this is important for your store's functionality and assure you that we are working on this to ensure the review is completed as quickly as possible. Once the review is done and payouts are enabled, you will no longer see the banner regarding the hold on the home page of your store admin.
Additionally, you can also create a support request via the Shopify Help Center, or reply to any existing support tickets you have for further information.

Really? I have been on two different chat sessions and spent well over 2 hours of my precious time to resolve the hold on our payouts and it is still not resolved. Both agents said it was escalated and it was not. They sent me a link and when you clicked the link to upload documents, the message comes up, "there are no open requests" but we still can't receive our payouts. What gives??
You can't even talk to a live person anymore. Shopify used to be a wonderful platform for merchants ease and customer service. You guys are horrible now.
i have also been waiting for payout since july 24. agent had double checked for august 1 for payout today is august 4 and still nothing!!
