Hi,
We are based in South Africa and having difficulty with our payment structure. We want to change the currency from USD to ZAR and use a currency converter as well as a third-party payment to accept payments. An error occurred that stipulated that we have had one sale and therefore we can no longer change the currency? We tested a buying option, but cancelled the order and there was no sale that took place.
Can you please assist in providing us with help to change the currency on the store?
I did read some posts that mentioned a link that can be send in order to do so?
