Congratulations on your new store!
Like I always say, generating sales takes time. If you are new here and you are not instantly generating sales, don't be too upset. There are some very basic, yet effective tricks you can look at to boost your sales. Find them right here: You have great faith in your online shop, but why aren’t visitors converting?
Now, a few observations on your website:
Regarding your apparel section, it is a good idea to give more pictures (from different angles) so that people can understand exactly how the outfit will look on them. Because yours is an online store, users do not have the chance to touch and feel your product to understand quality. And this is why they rely heavily on the images you are putting up. It is important that the images not only look good, but also professional.
Second observation is to add some captions below your image. This should not be too long, only use the keywords which will allow people to understand the material or contents of the merch.
Finally, you have done a pretty good job on your banner. Please consider putting a button on the banner, such as a "shop now" button, which will direct your customers to the products page. Also consider putting a "New Collection" tab beside "Merch" Tab.
That is all from me. Happy Selling!
Before I get into my feedback, I wanted to let you know that we are giving away prizes every week leading up to Christmas. Prizes include things like custom logos and favicons, custom store banners, one hour of store tweaks and for one lucky person, we are giving away a complete store re-design. To get your entry in, all you need to do is sign up for our email newsletter. Oh, and we are giving away FREE Christmas store banners and pop up graphics automatically to everyone who signs up.
Now, onto my feedback..
Congrats on your store!
I want you to succeed so here is my honest feedback..
I feel you need some refining in your products, you currently sell Tinctures and Apparel with your logo.
With the Tinctures, you only have two options. Say you get traffic from people looking to purchase, when they land they are going to see two options. If you don't carry what they are looking for you are going to loose that customer.
Next, your merch. Merch with your logo works great when you have a following of passionate fans that are excited to be associated with your brand. Without that brand awareness and fanbase first, it's a hard sell. Variety is an issue here as well because if you did have someone who wanted to wear your logo, they only have the one color and style to choose from.
I read your about page, I like your concept a lot! I'd just suggest working on curating more products. I wouldn't make them too scattered though, it's going to make it really hard to advertise if you run ads on say the Tinctures for example and you get an influx of people who are interested in Tinctures but then you also sell many other un-related items. You want to make your store kind of like a trail of upsells - a person interested in Tinctures would also like X, Y and Z products.
My last recommendation is to spend some time on your SEO. By default, Shopify will pull your product titles and descriptions and use that as your SEO (that is what is happening in your case). You don't want to leave your SEO to default, you want to be intentional about the words you use so that you are reaching your intended audience. We see it a lot, store owners get plenty of traffic but no sales and they are left discouraged and frustrated. Definitely don't want that for you so please do watch this video:

Hello @Ryan314, I hope you are doing good! here are some suggestions:
- The home Page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this. Slideshow Image (with a CTA button on it)- Collection List- New arrivals, Bestsellers- Testimonials- Newsletter sign up box- Instagram Feed
- You should have a wide range of products. Internet shoppers will likely spend more time and more money on your online store if you have a wide variety of products to offer. If you only have a limited range of offerings, you might miss out on making sales.
- You need to engage your visitors coming to your site by giving loyalty reward points which will increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value. You can add a chatbot to make sure you never lose any of your customers. You can add web push notifications which will help you to retarget your customers anytime even when they are not in your store. This will help you to run your store smoothly and decrease the bounce rate and will capture your visitors and convert them into prospective or paying customers. You will be able to retain your customers for the long term. Add reviews, it helps in building trust with other visitors. Before purchasing customer prefers to go through the reviews. Add an announcement bar to highlight important information that you don't want your customers to miss out on.
If you would like to implement the above features/ customer engagement or marketing tools in your store. I would recommend you to install the all in one Shopify app AiTrillion. I am sure you will find it useful.
Hope this Helps!
Hi @Ryan314 !
I have also found that there are only a few products in your store, try adding more products so that your customers will have a lot of options to select from.
Homepage designs guides your visitors around your website. To engage visitors you need to work on homepage layout design. Include trust indicators on the homepage. Homepage content should be strategically decided.
90% of people read reviews before purchasing an item. I personally do not read the description too much, I go straight on to the reviews section because that is social proof. In my opinion that is essential for every site. I highly recommend (almost insist) and adding that feature on your site. You can use Growave for that, it offers automated emails within the Reviews feature as well.
Implement an opportunity to log in and sign up using Social Media account. We all have accounts at least in one social media. And if I have an opportunity to create an account just with one click, I will do it. having an easier way to Sign in will help you gather customer base. The most valuable thing for a company is the customer.
